  3. No offense taken Alain. My model group did a community build where we all built something from our birth year. I was born in 1988, and the newest truck i had was the paystar. Ibdid some research and i found trucks that were listed as 1988 year models and they looked like the model. I know some of them had chrome grills, but others did not, here is a link to one of the trucks i found listed as a 1988.   5. Lookin good Terry! I agree with the front tires, i think Italeri should sell those super singles like they do their other tires.

  9. thanks man! The chain binders are working chain binders from kfs, i snagged em off ebay real cheap. They're not too hard to assemble either.

  11. Thanks fellas! Clayton- my next project will be the first time i start something but probably wont finish till later....it also wont be in the big rig section! Terry- thanks for the complements, i wish i redid the headache rack, i like the design, but theres some imperfections i should have addressed, but theres always a next time! Brian- thanks man, my favorite parts of the truck are the vent windowswindows and of course paying homage to good ol NC with the front plates!

  15. oh come on mman! You have the skill! Just try different methods, ive only been building seriously and weathering for 2 years. I have faith in ya! Seriously, show trucks are cool too its whatever inspires you that helps you be a better builder!

  17. Gator, i think you should go with the 100 gallon revell tanks, at least i think they are 100 gallon....the stock ones look too old forfor the year of the truck in my opinion. Lookin good though, i like the mesh and the headache rack!
