  1. Wow. A perfect build in every way.
  2. Fantastic job! That came out so well and it looks just like your dad‘s car. I’m surprised that a Tamiya motorised kit of this age comes with such good underside detail. You did an excellent job of hiding its motorised origins. I am sure that your dad will be a happy man on Father’s Day 👍🏼.
  3. Very nicely done. Congratulations on your show wins 🏆👍🏼
  4. Very nicely done. Colour choices for the body and interior are perfect and beautifully applied. I have this kit in my stash, ready to build someday. I thought the idea of having the top all in clear would be a good one and result in the rear screen looking like a flash fit. I had not comprehended the challenge of masking it though. That is going to be a headache! Yours came out perfectly 👍🏼.
  5. Great paint job 👍🏼
  6. Soooo cool! Boyd himself would approve.
  7. A lot of work in that wheels/tyre combo. They look just right now. They’ll look great on the 56.
  8. Nice job on those rear fenders. I think they look just right.
  9. Great start. I’ll enjoy watching this build. I like that you smoothed out the top - I think it looks much better. We used to call these Pop’s here in the UK. One of the favourites amongst the UK hot rodding scene. They are tiny buy comparison to something like a ‘40 Ford. I always wanted to build one, but I’d settle for the 1:25 scale version if I ever find the kit.
  10. This is a Beauty. Very nice work indeed. Revell made a fantastic kit here and you have shown it full justice and the added detail really makes it stand out.
  11. Both Ferraris look great. The paint finish on the Scaglietti looks especially nice. Can I ask what paint type/brand of paint you used? I have the Scaglietti kit on the shelf and am looking forward to building it. I can only hope it’ll look as good as yours. I built the Mongram 308 as a kid. It is quite dated by today’s kit standards. I cut the roof panel out so it looked more like Magnum’s Ferrari, and of course painted it red (with a brush!!). Your 308 looks a million times better than mine, and the blue makes a welcome change to the usual red.
  12. Very nice indeed. The grill came out great despite the challenges. I built one of these years ago (the Lorinser version), but I think this version looks better without the body kit. It’s good to know this has been re-released. I would love to build this version.
  13. Very impressive build. It’s not till you see the build thread that you realise just how much work has gone in to this. The modifications to the kit are flawless.
  14. That looks fantastic. Very clean build style. The silver/blue really suits the Lamborghini shape and brings out the angles. The last picture with the other Lamborghinis makes an impressive collection.
  15. Side by side, these make the perfect pair. Both are fantastic 👍🏼.
  16. Very cool. It makes a great street machine.
  17. I love the Cranberry red. It will look fantastic with the whitewalls. Keep up the good work.
  18. Nice work. Those headlamps seem like hard work, but they do look great 👍🏼.
  19. Fantastic build. You have truly served justice to one of Tamiyas best ever kits (in my opinion). Your added detail really brings this to life.
  20. Wow. This’ll be interesting. I’ll be following! I had a similar idea - to build a super detailed GTO some years ago. I spent hours whittling the exhaust headers to make them more realistic, but now I see your 3D ones and they look so much better. I also bought MFH photo-etched wire wheels, but new 3D printed wheels are so much better. I’m sure you’re going to do a fine job of this. I’m looking forward to seeing more.
  21. Nice work! The silver is a great choice for showing off all the sharp angles on this body shape.
  22. This is such a lovely kit. You’ve made a great start Atin. Looking forward to seeing which way you go with body colour and stripe choices.
  23. That looks fantastic. A very good replica. These kits are hard to find now.
  24. You’ve done a great job. The yellow is a perfect match. Thanks for the insight into this kit.
  25. That’s a good looking interior. Looking forward to seeing what colour the body will be.
