thnx all !! well yes but to start with i live in holland / the netherlands also i could use them in the future myself.. the rear peices already got used in a nother build .. i often pick parts from stash kits because i never intend to build a kit how it "should" be build and @ ryanm , yes that sort of the idea i had .. since the cab has got round edges i need to make a frame that really follows the lines and i also would like to try to get a slight buldge shape in them so its not flat on top.. but not sure yet it could easely become some steel reinforcement ... we will see today i want to try and give the edge some more shape with a small strip maybe so it does not look so cut of

thnx , well alls till rough work and tbh i only had a tiny bit of styrene and only these angled ones .. but after the chassis is done i will add more and clean up everything.. and yes low it will be , i'm doing it like this with the modified chassis and the cab on the rails because i never did that only channeled with a modified chassis i was curious on the outcome it will be really low but in a way wont look that extreme because the roof isnt chopped and the cab is on the chassis.. sometimes i just want to try new stuff , otherwise it becomes boring and i canb dream up these revell kist now , the manual hasnt been opened ounce lol here is a dryfit with the drivetrain , the transmission and drive axle really dont come up in the cab , just a hair on the chassis this is what was left , just a tad inside , i made a tunnel from a old airplain bomb / rocket i tried some bucket seats but i liked the bench more so i'm keeping that in this is just a rough idea , just to check how wood looked so this isnt the width or how i want to use it i will make a real frame following the outerlines of the gap and make some pillars in between tunnel of the old airplane rocket now i need to close the front gaps up with some styrene and tested the inner flare behind the wheel to cover the gap up (included in the kit)

hi all , this build started out with a revell kit of the john buttera model t touring i used the parts and made a t-bucket body out of the touring body , in the end the new body was made out of 8 pieces and a lot of shaping a lot of scrath work on the details , the idea was to end up with a shiney rod but looking like its used and abused without becoming ratty ... the build thread > http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=68853 the end pictures this pic shows the "brass" / gold firewall nicely , its bmf i love this shot and how it makes the red paint light up and even creates some orange due to the sun on the aircleaner i used cloth electrical tape on the side on to the next build
