  1. That's no '59 Cadillac. That's a a '59 Dodge. That and the Turbine next to it caught my eye too. Old JoHans molds? I can only hope. The Ford pickups and the Pontiac have been commented on by me in other threads. I am excited. The new AMT 2015 announcements look great too. The Pirahna/UNCLE car. The construction Blazer. Red line tires pack. All high on my must have list. But, what is with Moebius and the '59 Dodge and Turbine car? Scott
  2. Looks good Art. I've been waiting to see this one finished. But, like Mike above, I'd like to see more pictures. Scott
  3. The 3 big ones for me have been mentioned. AMT's '63 Corvette. Just built another one in the last two months. The MPC '69 Camaro SS convertible. Bought one just a couple of month's ago. I like it better than the modern Revell tooling. And I'm not sure why? And AMT's '32 Fords. As much as I like Revell's '32 Fords, and they are by far better kits, I still love AMT's old '32s. I still like options/choices the AMT '32 Ford kits gave you. Stock or hot rod, all in one box. And they still look pretty good when they're done. Scott
  4. Okay, rereading this thread I'm a little confused about whether MPC's '32 Sedan Delivery was ever part of Swiches series or not? The information I can gleem from reading this thread, and looking at the instructions on another site for the Swichers Sedan/Phaeton is that it is not a kit that can be built into a true Sedan Delivery. Like the stand alone Sedan Delivery kit. Am I correct on this? Or am I missing something here? Also, I'd like to see some more pictures. Especially of MPC's true '32 Sedan Delivery kit, if anybody has any? Scott
  5. Love the art work from old sales brochures for box art on your two lower phantom kits, John. And those are two kits I'd buy in a heartbeat. If the '73 LeMans Sport as shown was offered as a kit, I'd hope it would include the parts to build it with the GTO option. Four cars I'd love to see would be all of GM's '73 A-body performance Colonnade coupes. The Buick Century GS, Chevrolet Malibu SS, Oldsmobile Cutllass S 4-4-2, and Pontiac LeMans Sport GTO. Scott
  6. Is that what the front end looks like on this kit? If that's the case, it's worst looking '32 Ford I've ever seen. And not worth looking for. Scott
  7. That's the one. Is it a Switches kit, or not? Either way, that's one I'd like to see reissued. Scott
  8. Nice job. I love Revell newer Willys kits. Scott
  9. Wasn't there a Switcher kit that came with a '32 Sedan Delivery body, also? Scott
  10. Is the Fruit Wagon a Double Kit? You build more than one car with that kit? Scott
  11. Chris, I'm one of few people who liked those A-body fastbacks. The only twist to that is I like the 4-door fastback version better. Scott
  12. Sorry to say, but there are none in my area. Scott
  13. Is Round 2 re-releasing it? I thought it was posted as something that should be reissued. More of a wish list. And a very nice job on the "King T" Bill. This thread is the first time I've ever heard of that kit. Looks kool. Scott
  14. Very nice looking Blazer. I hope you show more photos after put on the "Boondocker" decals. I love those 1st generation Blazers and her sisters, the 1967 - 1972 Chevy pickups and Suburbans. And I still remember when the real Blazers were offered with those decals on them back in 1972. I also remember the other special factory authorized, but dealer installed, decal packages for the El Camino and Suburban too. I can not remember if such a package was offer for the pickup truck and vans too? I'll have to go through I old brochures, and look that up. Scott
  15. The impression I've got is Moebius will eventuly offer both a Ventura and a Catalina. There's not a lot of difference between the two. Mainly slightly nicer interior trim on the Ventura. In fact, the next year, 1962, the Ventura was dropped as a seperate model in the Pontiac line. It was still available as a trim option on the Catalina. Small badges identified the Catalinas with the Ventura package. Starting in 1966 Pontiac again started promoting the Ventura, almost like it was again a separate model. Larger Ventura nameplates replacing the Catalina ones. But, it was still really only an option package available still on some Catalina body styles. This stayed true until 1971 when Pontiac replaced it with the Catalina Brougham. A model that was list separate line from the plain Catalinas. Scott
  16. Taking second and third looks at the pictures, are door cut outs represented raised lines? Or that just the photo? Scott
  17. I know nothing about this kit or the real car. It's got the half a V8 Tempest 4? I didn't know that engine was ever done in model form. Brad, I hope you consider doing a review on this kit sometime in the near future. I'd like to learn more about it. Scott
  18. Are you being sarcastic? Or do you like this kit? From the photo it doesn't look too bad. How does compare to the real car? Scott
  19. Has anybody mentioned Harold and Maude? Scott
  20. Rob, thanks for sharing the instructions. That does help get a better idea of what all those part do and how they go together. Scott
  21. Good looking Shelby. Scott
  22. Why? Most modelers I know bought several of each of releases put out in the last few years. I bought one of each. I'd love to see all four of the kits Greg showed above. Scott
  23. Great looking Pyro/Lindberg Cords, Bill. Yea they have some issues. I particularly don't like the area around the cowl, dashboard, and front edge of the door. But from what I remember, from the one I built years ago, it didn't go together too badly. Like I say, I may need to add one to collection of Cords. Scott
