  1. Ok... I tried a different format.... Are they showing up, now?
  2. Here's a Ford F-350 from Brookfield Collectibles that was a Nascar race car hauler set... I know it's die cast, but it still too a reasonable amount of effort to get it to the finished product.... These conversions are super fun.... The masking and prepping were the hardest part.... I've built glue models that would have been easier to do, but MAN, it was a fun project!!!! And believe it or not, it's not ORANGE !!!! It used to look like THIS.... I messed around and bought one of these things off Ebay, and I was amazed at how good the truck was... It just needed some work, here and there, and it would be an awesome work horse... So I got to work.. Now, it looks like THIS.... I painted it red, and extended the step bar to produce what you now see.. I had already scratch built a 4 car hauler a while back... I really need to take some more pics of this outside....
  3. This is a cool model... I like the work you've put into this one... The wheels look good...
  4. Here's another one of my "fun" projects.... And, unbelievably, it's NOT ORANGE !!!! I haven't done anything in a long time with all that's been going on and such.... These are the only things I have had time for, lately.... BUT... I'm almost there.... Moving sucks, but I did manage to get a couple of conversions done.. Just enough to keep my sanity.... Here's one... I took another Newray toy and made it into this guy.... Reworked the cab, painted it red, and reworked the trailer to produce something similar to a trudk I had seen while driving around town, one day... The haul is just a bunch of die casts I had laying around... Again, just a fun project to keep my mind off of things....
  5. Nice work... Interesting display, too.... Cool...Didn't know Triple A had an intergalactic division....
  6. What an awesome build.... Your skills always amaze me.... What an outstanding effort.... Beautiful paint... Beautiful subject.... Beautiful work.... Just BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
  7. Now, that's a good looking truck, Man.... I love the subtle weathering you've done.... First "real" big rig, huh? It's ok... Your secret is safe with me.... Very nice work...
  8. This is a very well done model.... Amazing what you can do with stuff that just ain't right from jump... You run into this kind of stuff every now and then, and you've done very well... The weathering, the paint, the decals.... Curbside or not, this is a great shelf model.... People will look at it and smile in wonder.... Awesome work... I like the White, too by the way... That trailer goes so well with it....
  9. Ken... You got some amazing builds, my friend.... This is no exception... Excellent work....
  10. This is one awesome model.... I've always wanted to build this one... I love these Euro jobs.... The trailers y'all use are awesome.... I'd love to see one of these made in 53' like we use in the US... It'd probably be too heavy, but it'd look so cool.... You know what? I think I'm gonna build one.... I should have a couple of these trailers laying around, somewhere...
  11. This looks so cool in red... Very nice work....
  12. I am very impressed, myself...Beautiful job.... I love die cast rebuilds....
  13. Couldn't agree more.... Awesome...
  14. Oh, Yeah... I know I want one..
  15. I'll be looking forward to it...
  16. I need a 48'er in my life.... Actually, about half a dozen....
  17. That bad boy looks good.... I really like these old trucks.... Glad they reissued them....
  18. Nice work, Bud... Nice work... My kind of build...
  19. Looks good, Man... I do love a good roll back build.... Good job...
  20. You always have such good looking models.... Off the chain good... Love you paint jobs....
  21. Really, really good looking truck... Great job....
  22. I live near Houston, and we have a lot of flea markets, "swap meets", and such that have a few sellers at them... You might try that, if there any in your area... Or model contests are a very good way to get rid of stuff... I bought a couple of tables at a mode contest years ago... I didn't even have time to set up, before a guy approached me and bought me out... Basically for about 20 cents on the dollar, but I sold EVERYTHING!!!! Clearing out room for more models... But many people come just for that purpose... Just to buy models... So... You might check out the model contests.... They are largely plastic model contests, but that doesn't matter... A table costs about $30 or something, and you can get rid of a lot.... Especially, if you price stuff below what they're "worth".... Because, really... They're only worth what you can get for them.... And beware of the 1 in ONLY such and such thousand... It may be world wide, but that means there's still a couple thousand of them to be had.... Definitely, a good deal in there, somewhere....
  23. These look so cool... I'm diggin' 'em....
  24. Some of the most incredible work I've seen from you, thus far....Another masterpiece....
