I checked one out on Ebay that showed the top of the box, it does show it as 1/24. Hope that helps.

Thanks Richard, I appreciate the help. Chris, the model is from First Gear, it is diecast. Check it out on their website under Marathon Oil products. It's only $24 and rivals the FM version in detail and quality. Also it's listed as 1/25 but it is closer to 1/24 than 1/25 as shown with the FM '70 Chevelle which is 1/24. I posted more pics under the diecast forum.

Anyone know of a good way to remove tampos from plastic windows? Like on this model. Or am I stuck with leaving them there?

Picked this up off of First Gears website for $24 plus shipping. Says it's 1/25 but it matches up really darn close with FM's 1/24 '70. I will BMF the trim but I also had to do that on the FM Chevelle. It is also very well detailed. This will become a Yenko Chevelle when I'm done with it. I'll get the stripe kit from Keith Marks and the photo-etch set from MCG, a little extra detailing and it should be Mint worthy LOL. And they did a way better job than DM did on the body. JMHO though.

Thanks James, yes I taped it off and sprayed it, I also used cardboard plugs to cover the headlight buckets to keep the paint out of them.

Looks very close James. I can't wait to see it finished. This is a nice kit. You're doing great with it. I used Krylon sun yellow on mine, it's very close also.

Thanks Richard, I went with a restomod vibe using all Pontiac parts to make it look as if it could have come from the factory that way. It has a RA IV from a '70 Judge, Hurst 4 sp, also the hood tach and Rally II's from the Judge as well. Painted in Marimba Red which is the same as Chevy's Honduras Maroon with Parchment interior.

Mike, it turned out sweet. That color rocks. 2 thumbs up.
