  9. That is just way cool Jarkko. Great job.
  10. Hi Amani, Yes, we all have to start somewhere. If you like it, get it and go for it. You can use real automotive paint on models. Most I build are painted with real car paint. It's best to do all your painting first, at least I do, then you can concentrate on the assembly. They're not all that hard, just follow your directions that come with the kit. I'm sure there are other experienced modelers that can give more feedback as well. I never had anyone show me how to build, I just bought one and started it, I was maybe 10 yrs. old, it was an AMT '71 Thunderbird. It didn't turn out the greatest but I got better with each one I did. You CAN do this. You're fortunate enough to have a place like this to come to for advice, when I started there wasn't an internet LOL. The main thing is just try it and have fun. That's what it's all about. Good luck and show it to us when you're done or even progress pics if you like. I'd love to see it. Here are a some of my builds painted with real car paint.
  11. Tom, I wish those were mine, they belong to Tyrone Price. Incredible workmanship.
  12. Love the green Nova, looks like Barefoot Ronnie Pace's.
  13. Man, way cool.
  14. I'm diggin' it, Love those Ponchos.
  15. Matt, you are welcome. I'm a Pontiac man at heart and I love me some Mopars too so this is right up my alley. You done this one justice. I love it.
  16. That's gonna be sweet, I love the '66 bodystyle.
  17. That's one killer Goat. WOW!!!!!!
  18. The interior, not perfect but it'll work.
  19. Thanks guys, Nick, it's my favorite year Chevelle as well, I just think it looks the meanest of all the Chevelle's. Thanks Richard, I haven't even wet sanded or polished it yet. It should really pop then. It's amazing how easy it was to modify the '64 GTO chassis for this build.
  20. Thanks Dave, It's been a challenge so far but a lot of fun trying to make a silk purse out of a sows ear LOL.
  21. Making slow but steady progress LOL. This will be a curbside model as I'm using the 427 from this kit for my Two Lane Blacktop '55. The engine you see the bottom of is a partial build since the hood isn't opening. I think those '69 SS wheels look pretty darn good on it, they aren't mounted yet as I need to sand the treads on the other two, just on for test fitting LOL. As a reminder, this is what this kit started out as.
  22. Very cool, that was a great thing to do plus it's a GTO, and a '67, what's not to love.
  23. Beautiful work George. I love it. As you know, I'm always using diecast model parts with my kits. Everything is a kitbash lol.
  24. Thanks Alex, Love what you're doing. Way cool.
