'58 Parisienne 348 TriPower Since they were using the 348 anyways, it follows that a few of the other displacement versions of that engine might find their way into various Pontiacs; like this one One of about 75 '65 Parisienne Custom Sport 409s. As Mark B has pointed out, GM slightly modified the valve covers on these engines for use in the Pontiacs... No bowties

As I was re-reading an old Stirling North book when this fella popped out into the world, he got tagged with the name Rascal. Big marshmallow Real warrior but could snuggle with the best of them; those big paws would alternately flex when he was enjoying a good neck rub but you had to be careful how you held him as he would drool like crazy Sure miss him...

The '63/'64 Valiants were different north of the medicine line. They combined the Dart body with the Valiant front clip. I've yet to meet anyone lamenting the fact that Chryco didn't market those pop-eyed '63/'64 Darts up here

Nice score! Looks like you could complete the chassis with the tbird stuff, but will need the new LSC for trim/glass.

Looks like a great read for inspiration. Came across a condensed version of this tale... years ago in an old readers digest compilation. Neat story of a kid who inherits his dad's truck.

Perfect bale hauler. Saturday afternoon, driving along here somewhere in central Alberta, what to my wondering eyes should appear but a Scania cabover in the opposite lane. By the time I realized what it was it was too late to grab a camera. I know the jdm cars are all over the place here but never knew we had euro trucks as well. -

...and maybe an '85/'86 front fascia conversion too

Every year, a few bumblebees get into a friends farmhouse. He usually finds them after they've wandered about til they're exhausted or starved but sometimes catches them alive and puts them outside to live another day. I scooped up one in the kitchen that was pretty weak and put on the bench outside. Nudged it to see if it had any life and it just fell on it's side. While wondering how I could give it some sustenance, I spotted a dandelion and put it right in front of the poor little guy. Well, it was on that thing like a hobo on a ham sandwich and you could see the flower moving as the bee vacuumed the moisture out of it

Not a whole lot, but it showed up frequently on cruise nights. Would make a cool project in scale. I'll find more pics. Unless he's sold it to someone out there, he'd better head home fairly soon or he might not make it across the Coquihalla -

Was that taken in Victoria? That one was built in Red Deer.
