    Recently bought this Dremel that is designed for craft work. It gives me more control for modeling work than my more powerful Dremel Multipro.

    I only uses a Dremel if I have a large amount of material to remove. Regardless I like to finish using a sand paper wrapped around a wooden dowel.

    Looks pretty close to the ride height in this photo: However you can also find period photos with a lower ride height: I too would likely chose the lowered stance.
