  1. Looks great to me! I like the Super Stock scoop.
  2. It was in one of them, I remember they saying that the back window was out of a Vega.
  3. It's all good I would of done the same lol.
  4. Thought you said "This isn't a grammar and spelling forum"
  5. 68 is the year you're looking for. But over all great job!
  6. I'm pretty sure its stated in the rules about spelling and grammar.
  7. So you're lazy. That explains it... And I posted this with my phone also.
  8. I'm not going to echo the others, but will add that you got Chevrolet valve covers on a Ford
  9. It's in the 71 AMT Duster and Charger kit like Blown03SVT said..
  10. A clown shoe! But seriously, nice build. And like the extra detail of the valve stems.
  11. I'm well aware of what the decal came on. Just was a little confused on what you where referring to as what the Coyote Duster setup was.
  12. You're correct. 69 was the first year for it. Dodge called it "Ramcharger" and Plymouth called it "Air Grabber". And i'm guessing that "johnbuzzed" is calling the fresh air setup a Coyote Duster...
  13. 1979, so there is not much to choose from... I was going to say a BMW e21, but i'll go with a Chevrolet truck.
  14. That "Coyote Duster" decal you're talking about didn't come out till 69. The hemi got the round chrome air cleaner for 68 and the 383 got the round black wrinkle coat air cleaner with a pie pan that said "383 road runner engine"
  15. Did the whole chassis rot out also...?
  16. Did they put the Air Grabber setup in the 68 kit? Cause it was never on a 1:1 68.
  17. I got a chance to look at an original owner LO23 dart. It had a little chrome piece on the door where the mirror went. I should of took a picture of it but didn't even think of it. I love little detail on original cars.
  18. Stunning!!! But should of used the 71 go wing from the duster kit, instead of the 70 go wing that they stuck in this GTX kit.
  19. Yes you did do something right! And be proud of that 1st place! But I've noticed, with all the correct detail. Why the GTS seats instead of the A100 seats that they came with?
  20. Well he did say all comments are welcome. From what I see of the pictures, he pretty much built a 1:1 replica of the LO23 Dart. With also saying "Like it came off the truck". So once reading that, one would expect to see a car that looks fully like one would in 68. It was very well done, till I seen the trunk lid and how it opened. So I just pointed it out. Maybe the guy never seen a Dart trunk open? And from others comments, I guess they haven't either. So I guess I just didn't expect to see a customized trunk lid on a otherwise period correct car
  21. 68 Road Runners got 383's... So i'm guessing they are just taking the 440 out of the 69 GTX kit and including it into this kit then just call it a 383? Also are they going to give us the correct air cleaner and pie pan for the 68?
  22. He cut the trunk lid in the wrong place and left the back part of it attached to the body...
  23. I got a question about the color of the engine compartment on these. These cars where originally primer with black fenders and hood cause they where glass . So under the hood, would they of been left in primer when Hurst put the Hemi in? Or did Chrysler paint under there black before shipping them out? Or did Hurst paint it black before the Hemi was dropped in?
