  1. Welp, after a fall down my ice covered steps to take Zig for her walk ..and 10 hrs in ER to get an x-ray,... I'm back with no broken bones (although it sure felt like a broken ulna)...ouch!! Be careful out there Southern Ontario. Progress on the engine bay shrouding Scuffed up the BMF with a scotch brite pad, installed .015 rod to replicate bead rolled sheet alu., drilled pop rivets before laying down the most UNsticky BMF I've ever used... Coming along...more soon

  11. Nice job on the pedals and controls Pierre, this is the fun stuff, scratching the small things... I find it takes longer to research the small bits than to actually build them though. Keep it up ! Cheers
  12. Working on all the small stuff.. Fire extinguishers, trans cooler, brake master, side mirrors, dist. wired, coil installed, seats drilled for belts, front transfer shifter...more to come Cheers
  13. And shaking paint into the cap is the lead cause of those caps you need a pair of slip joint pliers to get off,.... Pain in the you know what !#!*^

  20. Yep, all of the above, also blue tak on the end of a stir stick, just not on painted parts...or a clothes pin holding the part's assembly pin. Although that can, and does go wrong more frequently than you would think... Good idea Tom, I've been drilling small holes in inconspicuous places, to take a skewer tip, but a hot pin (my carpal tunnel thanks you)!!
