  1. Wow.... just wow...... I really fear for this country's future.
  2. Yep. i thought about that one too. I'll be cutting and fitting for a good while till i'm satisfied with how they look!! LOL!!
  3. OOOOHHHH that is NICE!! My favorite color combo for the Charger. Beautiful paint and foil. You have my attention.
  4. Thanks for the info guys. There is so much info out there about these cars, i didn't know where to start. Now i do. Thanks Much!!
  5. Any info would be appreciated. The '57 150 sedan is the car type I'm looking at. Shipping weight for this car with manual tranny was 3168 lbs. and with 283 fuelie motor.
  6. According to the tables, and using a 283 and a manual tranny. the Widow would be considered G/S for 1968 Junior stock. I'm not sure how accurate the tables are.
  7. I'm looking at Jr. Stock, about 67- 69 or so.
  8. Thanks for the info. I downloaded the NHRA rules for Jr. Stock from the drag section, but I had a few questions about the 210 fuelie. Since they were a factory build, we good.
  9. I would like to know if the 1957 Chevy 210 Black Widow Would qualify to run with its fuel injection setup in Junior stock drag racing. Was the Widow a factory build, or were 50 offered to the public to homologate it?
  10. Beautiful build Mike!!! The paint color and wheels go perfect together. Love Mopars.
  11. Its supposed to read " Benito Finito", referring to Benito Mussollini of Italy , "Next Hirohito" referring to Emperor Hirohito of Japan. Italy surrendered in 1943, we fought the Japanese till well into late 1945. You may have gotten the decals crossed up a little. Great looking plane Josh!!! one of my favorites.
  12. I want a set of those coconut phones they had. Or at least that cell phone plan. On a deserted desert island, and crystal clear service!!
  13. Yeah!! Icebergs do tend to scuff the paint a bit!! lol!!
  14. Maybe its a case of keeping the freezers full so the cooling system didn't have to work so hard cooling empty space in the freezers.(?) Same thing with modern freezers... Just a guess.
  15. I've made a hobby of studying Titanic for awhile, and i'm pretty sure she had refrigeration holds for all the perishables. The openings for these holds are on either side of "C" deck almost even with the after mast. These holds went down 3 to 4 decks, and kept under lock and key.
  16. I had only ONE purchasing experience with a resin caster, and mentioning names will more than likely get the thread locked, but it was my LAST purchase of resin parts from a caster. The wait times, provided they send anything at all, are completely stupid. I'll spend the money on scratch building supplies and make what i need myself. Much more rewarding that way too. To be honest the main reason that i wanted to buy the resin parts in the first place was to save time.... kind of ironic, huh.
  17. Now THATS cool!! I like that Doc. The mods to the back half could actually work on a 1:1 '66 wagon. You have my undivided attention.
  18. I like that Doc!! Looks Kinda like an Australian ute on steroids.
  19. So true. My 1:1 Nova would bottom out and bend headers due to weak front springs. Chasing down flange leaks was a real PITA. Love the black one!! Landy's version is sweet too!!!
  20. A HUGE THANKYOU goes out to Vince Nelson, aka Vintagedragcrazy, for sending me a Super Stock Hemi engine. Just the mill I needed. Thanks again Vince!!
  21. Thanks for the great trade Ken!! A smooth, trouble free trade. As always!!
  22. Now that i have seen a side by side pic, yeah, i can see the nose length thing. Never noticed it till now. Well, out come's the razor saw once again..... *****Sigh**** Performing plastic surgery and a nose job.
  23. I am OFFICIALLY jealous !!!!! I have been wanting one of these kits since it was released. Nice score!!
  24. I can't even SEE parts that small, let alone paint them!!! That E-type engine is a work of ART Bill!!!
