  1. Thanks for the great trade Vince!!(aka Vintagedragcrazy) The Parts will go to good use on my '67 Charger Super Stock. Pic's to come.
  2. A happy ending to this story should be "it ended in a hail of gunfire from law enforcement officers"...... Stealing the stuff is bad enough, but to have total disregard for other motorists on the freeway? I would be hard pressed to show these clowns ANY mercy if they are ever caught.
  3. Lookin Good Ken!! You have my attention.
  4. Missed out on the Testors 1/4 scale visible Hemi engine kit. Now you can't touch a decent one on the bay for less that $150 or so. I keep hoping they will re-issue it .
  5. One of my favorites too. .I've been listening to her "landslide" song allot. It brings back alot of memories.
  6. Looks like it will have that low down leadsled look. SWEET!!
  7. Your off to a great start. Love the lines of those old coupe's I'd leave it in primer, slap a set of Cragars on it, put a Thrush decal in the quarter window, and Ta-Da!!! Instant hot rod!!! At least for an old fart like me.
  8. Just got my Olds in the mail today. i see getting more of these kits depending on the follow on versions, most definitely!!
  9. I wonder how many versions we will see from this mold. Stock Cutlass, maybe?
  10. Sharp looking build D.W.!!! Can't wait to see it finished. That color is perfect.
  11. Thanks for the Pic's Rick!!
  12. True enough on all counts. Knives and chains, bricks, just about anything can and does get used as a weapon around here in fights. The most alarming one I saw was one guy had another one pinned under his 4 wheeler, and kept trying to ramp him. The guy under it prob went 3 bills and was pinned pretty tight. This happened right across the street from my house in a public school parking lot.
  13. Yep. I grew up in W.Va. I still live just across the river from it. They have very low tolerance for that kind of stuff. Plus most of the people locally are armed to the TEETH.
  14. Same here. Just hit the "order" button. limited quantities though.
  15. Good looking Torino!! The color looks spot on, and could pass for a factory option color. Great work so far.
  16. I'll wait. E-pay gets enough of my money.....
  17. 33 and a 3rd % of all monetary winnings in this area. That's alittle steep for our area too. And that's Pre-tax.....
  18. Easy there Bill. I'm still here buddy, and we got that all cleared up last week. Lets not get it started again....
  19. No, you have a pretty accurate BS meter!! I'd say from that listing, your meter was pegged.
  20. Love the color. And i've always liked the Coke bottle body lines of these cars. Beautiful build sir!!!
  21. X2!!! Wow. I would love to find a cabinet like that to restore. I kinda like to restore old furniture as a hobby, and that piece is REALLY nice!!!
  22. When I was a kid still in grade/ middle school, we were little MONSTERS in class. At least I thought we acted that bad, and the teachers back in the day prob. would have whole heartedly agreed with me, but kids now are expected to learn so much more, and at ever earlier ages, they don't seem to have time to be "kids" anymore. And some of the stories you see and hear about of some of the nasty things kids do now in school is beyond shocking. Looking at it from that perspective, I would myself probably go in another direction for a vocation. Teachers aren't allowed to "teach" anymore like they did back in the day.
  23. Wow!! What did he die from?
