Interesting. So I guess 1/32 parts are not an option. I'll post on the Wanted section to see if anyone has a spare rear bumper. One of the fins broke off and fell into the missing parts black hole. I'll try to massage the Revell chassis and see how that goes. I may combine it with a 1960 Impala chassis that has the wheel wells.

Does anyone know what scale the Johan 1959 Cadillac Fleetwood is? I tried to fit a 1/25 Revell chassis to it but it's too big. It may work with some cutting. I also came across a Modelhaus rear bumper but it was too wide to fit and made differently than the promo. Would the Revell or Gunze 1/32 be a better fit or would they be too small? Thanks

Foose Cadillac Body

That kit is going for around $40 when you can find it. Seems a lot to pay for a grill. The kit can be built with the included '48 Olds grill but a '48 Ford is not on top of my list of cars to build. It would be nice if someone could resin cast or 3D print a proper Caddy grill. -
1/16 scale MPC Honda CB77 done in a sort of Cafe racer style. Modifications include clear cast headlight lens, handlebars bent down slightly, seat from a Yamaha racer, shortened front and rear fenders, scratch built shocks, 1/25 scale resin K&N style air filters and wiring. The exhaust pipes are wrapped with exhaust tape and the mufflers were shortened and hollowed out. Headlight, tank, seat and pipes are covered in sanded BMF to replicate bare metal. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Contacted Lindberg on March 15th, Douglas responded the next day, corrected hood dash and windshield arrived March 23rd. That's great customer service. Thanks Doug.

I know it's an old thread but it just became relevant to me. I got this kit as a gift this past Christmas. I opened it that day and found the trim was damaged on the left rear quarter. I contacted Lindberg and within a short time they sent me a new body. This past week to get out of my building slump I decided to get the body prepared for paint. When I put the original hood on the replacement body it didn't fit but it fit the original body perfectly. That's when I noticed the difference in the two bodies. Apparently the original kit I got as a gift was the first tooling with the D shaped cowl and hood and the replacement body is the corrected tooling. I'll contact Lindberg and see if and how they will remedy this. When I first contacted them they asked for a picture of the UPC code and other numbers on the box. Not sure why they didn't see then that the kit was the bad one and send me the corrected hood, windshield and dash along with the body. We'll see what happens.

Jeff, we can always count on you to produce a smoking Caddy. Gorgeous. -
Lol. Agreed. I prefer the Lincoln Mark V but this makes me want one.
