No pix but I spoke with the proud owner of a 1917 GMC flatbed truck. According to his research fewer than 3,000 were built with all of those going to Europe as ambulances during world war one. This was at a weekend car show in our little village.

So what scale are they and can you make them available in 1/25 ?

I had one of these around for a long time before I noticed how cool some of those side windows looked so I used them as side windows on a 1/25 scale vintage teardrop travel trailer.

Saw something yesterday that I have never seen before, a huge semi trailer size snow melting machine. It was 90 degrees so no it was not in use.

Your model will surely be seen and appreciated by a lot of Air streamers this week as there is a huge rally being held at the new factory this week. There are rows and rows of Airstream trailers a d their tow vehicles everywhere. Big time in small town!

I have been an active pinned of interesting images on Pinterest for quite a while but about 3 weeks ago my account "stalled". The images I was saving are not being added into my albums and my number of pins has stalled at 69,577. I have looked up how to contact them on the web,found both an email address and a California phone number but neither works. Am I going to have mail them a post card? Help please.

Lots of times I have needed parts for a project and the very generous forum members have simply sent me what I needed no charge. I have been building for over 60 years so I have a lot of excess parts around and have been able to help out a few members myself.

From my perspective while the mechanical aspects may very well be solvable that aerodynamic body is gonna be a real problem. Those curved surfaces are going to require some very serious scratch building and some long sessions of putty/sand/repeat/putty/sand/repeat.

These were new cars when I was a junior in high school. A neighbor of ours had one that IIRC had a three tone paint job. Jet age styling was a beautiful thing.
