  1. Thanks, hope all enjoy looking. I know I enjoy looking at all the fantastic builds on the forum.
  2. Not sure. I saw a similar one at a car show and liked the color combo. I just picked up couple cans that looked close at an auto parts store.
  3. Can't remember who (maybe one of the Detroit resins) does or did the 72 Ranchero. Dennis. Just checked Motor City Resin Casters does the 72 Ranchero..
  4. Can't remember who (maybe one of the Detroit resins) does or did the 72 Ranchero. Dennis.
  5. They do look more like light truck tires.
  6. You are correct Mike. If you enlarge the image you will see Ford 250 on the hood emblem. The split rims you mentioned and the larger lock out hubs.. Dennis
  7. I built this for a organizations door prize. And low and behold I won it? If I remember correctly the paint is Duplicolor, not sure of the color names. Built out of the box with detail painting and BMF. Tires don't look so good, my first attempt at painting whitewalls, probably 30 years ago. I didn't know much about aftermarket at that time, just foil. Thanks for looking.
  8. I built this a while back. I believe the paint is Testors red. I think the tires are from the Lindberg 1953 Ford Victoria. Other than that just detail paint and BMF. Thanks for looking.
  9. Built awhile back. Built out of the box. Has some MCG photo etch, MCW Bittersweet and black paint. Also used (Scale Motorsport?) Seat decals. Hope you all enjoy! Thanks for looking.
  10. I built this a couple years ago. Basic black paint. Detail paint. I painted the wheels the chrome was too much. Parts box tires. Thanks for looking.
  11. I built this a while back. Basically box stock build. Not sure what the paint is. I flocked the seats and floor. Thanks for looking.
  12. I built this a few years ago. It's built box stock. MCW Factory Ford Iris paint. Thanks for looking. Hope you all enjoy it. Tires are from the parts box.
  13. I bought the AMT kit when it was new. I was around 13 years old, I'm 60 now. Some how it survived. Multiple layers of paint and not getting the firecracker and fireball treatment!! Ha Ha. My original 1969 AMT Mustang did not !!
  14. This car is just a shell. No interior, frame or engine under the blower. I just made attachment points for the wheels and tires. Curbside.
  15. I believe that the Greyhound was a optional hood ornament.
  16. Looking good Don!! Like the color and white interior.
  17. Curtis, very good looking build!!
  18. Thanks, these comments from the excellent builders on this forum means a lot !!!
  19. Yeah I like Mustangs!!
  20. I have a couple Shelby's I'll try and post soon.
  21. Before they closed I got several sets of the correct type dogdish hubcaps used on the F-100's from Modelhaus. For my future F-100 builds. I had a 1:1 1977 Ford F-250 highboy that I cut the centers out of for the locking hubs like the ones that come in the Moebius kits.
  22. I built this Mach1 using the original issue (1970 annual) AMT kit body, grille, bumpers and simulated mag wheel covers. The frame, drivetrain and interior came from the Revell 1969 Mustang Super Cobra Jet kit. Painted with 1970 Ford code red paint. Fred Cady decals. It took quite a bit of fitting and shaving between the old and the new. Enjoy and thanks for looking. And for Harry all the Mustangs I have posted have the mirrors pinned as they are fragile to attach otherwise.
  23. I built this just for fun!! I had a left over body that I stole the frame, drivetrain and interior from. Engine parts wheels and tires are from the parts box. I don't recall what the paint is? Thanks for looking.

  25. I built this a while back. MCW Grabber Blue paint. Engine wiring and detail paint. Thanks for looking.
