  1. Great job. Did you scribe the panel lines - how did you do them?
  2. Wow. Great work in progress and nice examples of built versions.
  3. Looks nice. Like the way you carried through the color to the roll bar.
  4. Thanks for the comments, guys
  5. It would be nice to have that Skyline in the garage, huh?
  6. Wow. Super build - very clean!
  7. I like to look for unusual models, like Fujima's Nissan Skyline GT-R KPGC10 race car. Unfortunately, it's a curbside. So i took the engine from the Tamiya skyline and transplanted it. Here's the result: Then there is the Esci Ertl Ford Escort RS1800. It's a clear body kit. The tooling was not so great. But, I painted it white and acquired some Rothman livery decals. Interesting model...tough to build.
  8. Love the color and paint on both of them
  9. Great. Have note seen the Heller yet, and it looks great.
  10. Nice job. I've got an Evo X and it's "Wicked White". Maybe I'll paint it green - cool color
  11. Looking great.Interested to see the progress
  12. Thanks, guys. Paint is Tamiya's Racing Green
  13. I'm torn between "this is cool" and "what is wrong with me!?" Nissan engine detail Mercedes engine detail
  14. Love those kits and a great job!
  15. Really enjoyed building this kit. The interior used upholstery inserts from Scale Motorsports I think the air cleaner is from Model Car Garage Next couple of kits I'm going to try Marcos Cruz' scribing process for panel lines. I think it will help for these darker colored cards.
  16. Hi Marcos. Really like the tutorial. In the past, I used pencil to mark the panel lines as in the example of the Olds Now I'm trying the scribe method with a Dodge Coronet I will be interested to see how it all turns out.
  17. YOW! Looks great!
  18. I think you're right about the air plenum/box. Looking at photos they may have just left the top of the engine exposed.
  19. I stand corrected
  20. Thanks for the positive vibes, guys.
  21. The more I post these, the more I realize I've got to start scribing / treating the panel lines. Oh well, that's the thing about this hobby, there's always something else to learn.
  22. Couple of Birds, Allison and Marcis
  23. The wheels are from a Fujima Porsche kit, probably circa 1990's.
  24. thanks, guys. Jim the kit is really well put together. Really no fitment problems at all.
