  1. Have been wondering for a while how you improve door panel pleating - thanks for the great tutorial
  2. Great job there Mike
  3. Sometimes builder kits are more "glue" than "bomb". Got this off eBay recently and looked better in the pics. So I think I'll combine it with an Amt 67 Gt350 and build into a 289 powered GT
  4. I sent him a message on FB messenger a few months ago about the wheels and never got a response
  5. Fantastic work JC. There is a similar one in 1:1 that is still campaigned at the local race track. For interest sake how did you make that black collector for the header?
  6. Would love to see that Mustang with correct grille, those wheel covers and a decent 351C engine
  7. I thought this was a good score. Got all the important bits to build it stock and only has the custom front and rear panels glued in which should be easy enough to deal with. If anyway one has a spare rear window louvre that we be a great addition
  8. Yes I did notice it seems to be the go to hood
  9. Must still iron out the finer details but thanks for the heads up on the hood. Def not going to be a pace car though
  10. Here's my convertible that I'm going to resurrect using the chassis from the Revell 'bird I mentioned earlier. I'm thinking this one is going to be a small block auto with set of magnum 500s and narrow whitewalls
  11. Normally not fan of anything large than 1/25 and 1/24 but this Mpc 1/20 Vette spoke to me. Had to perform a very quick minor resto on it - Re glued the front wheels, one tail lamp and one header and repaired a broken centrelink on the suspension and she's good to go
  12. Nice scores there Snake. Check with Harts resin on some of those Cougar bits you need
  13. Pat you def have my attention - great job so far
  14. Just for interest sake - the chassis from the Revell 68 Firebird fits like a glove
  15. Scored a Modelhaus 68 Torino Coupe off eBay a short while ago. After a bit of research it appears to resemble a GT Coupe. Luckily I had a set original GT annual wheel covers, Amt Polyglas tires, Amt 66 Fairlane 390 and the leftover chassis from a Revell 70 Torino in my parts stash. And the chassis fits like a glove ?So I have the makings of a great little muscle car
  16. Thank you - those would be prefect but I see they are sold out
  17. Hi Im looking for some tires for a Chapparal 2H to match these in the pics attached. Any advice/help would be appreciated Thanks
  18. Top job sir! I really enjoyed watching it come together
  19. Thanks Ricky - was great trading with you too
  20. Top job Tim!
  21. Great job Dave. Where did you source the redlined and magnum 500s?
  22. Steve haven't been following this post recently but I just caught up on what I missed and all I can say is WOW! Keep it up
