  1. Would love to see that Mustang with correct grille, those wheel covers and a decent 351C engine
  2. I thought this was a good score. Got all the important bits to build it stock and only has the custom front and rear panels glued in which should be easy enough to deal with. If anyway one has a spare rear window louvre that we be a great addition
  3. Yes I did notice it seems to be the go to hood
  4. Must still iron out the finer details but thanks for the heads up on the hood. Def not going to be a pace car though
  5. Here's my convertible that I'm going to resurrect using the chassis from the Revell 'bird I mentioned earlier. I'm thinking this one is going to be a small block auto with set of magnum 500s and narrow whitewalls
  6. Normally not fan of anything large than 1/25 and 1/24 but this Mpc 1/20 Vette spoke to me. Had to perform a very quick minor resto on it - Re glued the front wheels, one tail lamp and one header and repaired a broken centrelink on the suspension and she's good to go
  7. Nice scores there Snake. Check with Harts resin on some of those Cougar bits you need
  8. Pat you def have my attention - great job so far
  9. Just for interest sake - the chassis from the Revell 68 Firebird fits like a glove
  10. Scored a Modelhaus 68 Torino Coupe off eBay a short while ago. After a bit of research it appears to resemble a GT Coupe. Luckily I had a set original GT annual wheel covers, Amt Polyglas tires, Amt 66 Fairlane 390 and the leftover chassis from a Revell 70 Torino in my parts stash. And the chassis fits like a glove ?So I have the makings of a great little muscle car
  11. Thank you - those would be prefect but I see they are sold out
  12. Hi Im looking for some tires for a Chapparal 2H to match these in the pics attached. Any advice/help would be appreciated Thanks
  13. Top job sir! I really enjoyed watching it come together
  14. Thanks Ricky - was great trading with you too
  15. Top job Tim!
  16. Great job Dave. Where did you source the redlined and magnum 500s?
  17. Steve haven't been following this post recently but I just caught up on what I missed and all I can say is WOW! Keep it up
  18. The Johan kit I have has a dual carb setup but I have an intake from the Amt 70 Ford 4 door
  19. I may one in my parts box - you don't possibly have a pic of it?
  20. I was also thinking of using the Chevelle chassis to complete. You need to watch out on eBay for him to pop up. He constantly changes his name. Just a word of advice - I’ve seen him use approx 3-5 seller names now and evertime the same thing plays out. It all starts off with good reviews and then about 1 month in it all goes to poo. I’ve now bought from him twice and the rule is to get in early
  21. I didn't really need this kit but I just love them in this vintage built state. And I always love to have the original box art and instructions too
  22. Hi recently bought this from an eBay seller that keeps popping up under different names. Thought I would share it with you guys. Casting quality not bad at all - def not Missing Link or Modelhaus quality - but not too far behind. And looks like it could build up in to a fairly decent representation of a Skylark. I've already mocked it up with a set of 66 Skylark wheels I got from ChrisR and an old set of Mpc annual narrow white walls I had in the parts box
