Looking forward to seeing pictures and progress on these builds

People that have recently returned to the hobby and are hungry for information will use the search function of this site. If it has been 30-40 years since the last time you touched a model, information from 6-12 years ago could be very useful. I search this site every day.

Compared to what our Michaels carries hobby Lobbys selection is FAR superior both for models and modeling supplies and tools.

I picked up the same kit and thought the exact same thing! I guess if you dont address injector pin marks and mold lines and just glue it together and dont paint it, I MIGHT be able to do it in 7 hours! LOL ......At first Im thinking I am a painfully slow builder.....Which according to this box I am. It takes me 1-2 months to complete a build and that is if I have no major problems with the paint.

Michaels is ok for some things...They are more of a craft store than a hobby store...And our Michaels here has a very small outdated selection of kits and model supplies.

That is a work of art! I love it!
