  14. I've just opened one last week and deciding what to do also. I've been told that the "Other" magazine had 2 issues covering all the perils and pitfalls pertaining to this kit. It also gives you some color reference for just about everything you'd probably need. I'm gonna snag the mags off of ebay sometime. Look forward to seeing your build.
  15. What was your impression of the paint? I always thought Panther Pink from a can was a little thin. Looks like you did a great job getting the paint laid down.

  20. Cool! Welcome Looker, I'm sure with a background like that, you'll be putting out some solid builds in no time. Enjoy!
  21. Have we met before? Ha! Know what you mean, i may have to change my name on the "other" forum, kinda the same deal. Later Dave!
  22. Jürgen, you set bar pretty high on this. The whole fit and finish is just fantastic, it's like seeing this kit for the first time in a sneak peek shot of an upcoming kit in a mag, and wanting to see more.Wow! Great job! I'm currently working on a Dodge A100 and my next project is a L700. Thanks for sharing your solutions to the problems this kit poses to the scrutiny of today's modeler. Any more pics or pitfalls regarding this build would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
  23. Welcome Robert! I'm returning to the hobby and it feels great to be able to take my time on my builds, i think i tried to build too many too fast before. Been studying up a little on the tutorials and I'm hoping to improve my model building skills.
