  1. Built my first SWC in the summer of 1963, brush painted it maroon, used a lot of glue. Finished this one last year. Always wanted to do it again.
  2. I like this scratch built version that was on Epay a while back.
  3. Outstanding. Love those Competition Coupes.
  4. Revell Outlaw kit engine and exhaust would be a start.
  5. Built one many years ago. Johan '69 AMX Shirley Shahan..
  6. Outstanding!! That looks period correct.
  7. Could always use more 4500 Holleys and high rise (Mopar) manifolds. But the Big block Chevy engine with molded in auto trans will be used in other projects. Wish for a Lenco trans?
  8. Have them all. Built most. Would buy more. Love them MPC Pro stocks.
  9. Well, after seeing Old Coyote's and Hmman68's Jawbreaker builds I decided to show my unfinished Fiat Competition Coupe. Used a Jawbreaker kit, no detailing OOB but did swap bodies with a old MPC Slingshot Fiat Rail dragster kit. Still need a set of Frank Pedregon decals.
  10. Yellar, Yellar Gold. I like that color.
  11. Wowzers!! Looks like he could burnup on reentry!
  12. Redid my engine bay on my Dave Strickler '63 Impala (Craftsman). I had used the firewall and radiator from the AMT '64 Impala (which are now in the new release of the '63 Impala) and the air cleaner and 409 from the AMT Dave Strickler '62 Belair.
  13. Actually, they are in the AMT '65 Ford Galaxie kit.
  14. How about a Corvette Funny car.
  15. I thought I had a computer problem! Where are the pics?
  16. Went looking in the attic for my son's old built airplanes. Found a 1/48 F-104. May be the beginning of a Jessi Combs tribute car. She was a real talent and inspiration.
  17. Great work. Good photos. The stance looks right.
  18. Looking good. Still have my original build too. Only thing I did to it was remove the molded in exhaust pipes
  19. Wow Alan, that front end looks "spot on" to the pic of the real car.
  20. Okay, took it apart again and painted the firewall white, the wheel wells and radiator wall aluminum. I like the red engine so I'm gonna leave it even though Grumpy painted them black.
  21. Here's a pic of this car as Dyno Don ran it in 1969. Now there's a group of cars to replicate.
  22. Nice saves Snake. I still have my original AMT '65 Mustang Fastback kit. I built it as a Gas Ronda A/FX car many years ago. Have the original box with all the extra parts if you are in need of some. Love a good save!
