    I was not familiar with the 4053, I have been using the 4050 1:1 with the the Candy2o's reducing with 4011. What tip size are you using ? I have been using a Iwata Neo CN and a Iwata Eclipse HP-CS I think they both are a .35 and I am considering upgrading to a .5, what are your recommendations on this ? (currently checking into the 4053)

    Yeah that, On my newer laptop I also have to push the "prt sc" and the "window key" (lower left between "fn" and "alt') button at the same time.

    Thanks, great link. I am building a version of the Beach Boys Little Deuce Coupe Album Cover car ‘Silver Sapphire’ and needed more details and photos. Found them there on the July 61 issue.

    Thinking about building the Deuce Coupe from the Beach Boys album cover. The car has a 344 Olds and I have a Revell Parts Pak Caddy 354(?). How close are these two in appearance ? I will be using a 6/71 blower set up.

    I tried some 4012 and it clumped up the paint. Not sure if it is usable for other paints or not

    If you buy Candy2o paint be sure and get the 4050 UVLS Clear Gloss mixing ratio is about 1 to 1. You will also need some 4011 Reducers as the UVLs is rather thick,

    I have been using Createx paints (Wicked Colors, Pearlized, Metalics and Candi2o). I suggest you watch the youtube videos from Createx (there are many) for proper mixing and spraying. Lately I have been using the Candy2o sprayed over some Rust-0leum custom wheel paint that is a silver flake. Makes a good metalflake base for the candy colors. I also have been mixing the colors to create my own colors. TAM you might find your reddish gold color here, all depends on your base coats. Tequila Yellow over metallic gold might be what you are looking for ? I tried to mix a Candy Apple Red but a true Candy Apple Red has a gold base coat. I ended up mixing Candy Blood Red with a bit of Tequila Yellow over a silver flake base.

    On the news they showed a new car by Citroen. It is electric and made from recycled cardboard. Is just me or is making a electric car from cardboard a bit sketchy when all the car fires from the batteries ? Sounds like the whole car is a crush zone.

    How is Atlantis Models to buy from ? I ordered some parts on the 1st and received a conformation put nothing about shipping date. I sent them an email a couple days ago and as of yet have not heard from them. Is this normal for them ?
