  1. Nice work man. No thanks needed. It's really cool to see the diversity of the projects and basically bring us all together on a project, from around the world.
  2. Dude, that is awesome. I haven't been checkin on the pick up threads in a few weeks, sorry I missed the finish of this. You did an awesome job on this. Fantastic work.
  3. Here it is, I couldn't resist posting a pic. I'm gonna take better pics tomorrow and do a thread of its own.
  4. Just checked my numbers. I almost broke even. I put in 20, got back 16.
  5. I'll be finishing up my '29 toni h t. I'll be posting pics tomorrow. Just bumpin this so I don't have to dig 20 some pages again.
  6. Very nice job. I really like this kit. It was one of the first I ever built.
  7. Well Snake, keeping with the topic orginally started. I have a few things I'd like help fund or fund all together. 1st would be getting Revell to release a few truck kits, the Bill Signs Pete and a longer run of the Will Do Wrecker with both sets of decals for the Can Do and Will Do. I would really like to see a Cadillac CTS-V coupes or wagon, both would be great. That's what I would do.
  8. As usual Kurt, your parts look great. This should be great when it's done. I need to put in an order here about a month. I'll be contacting you.
  9. Haven't checked my numbers yet, but since I already know nobody won, there's no rush.maybe I got 2 bucks out of my 20 investment.
  10. I'm partial to blue. I think a blue roof, fenders and frame would look great with white on most of the body.
  11. The blue wire in the 7 way cord is the ABS wire. The 7 way cord is typically green and coiled or non, but it can be black coild or non. Same with air lines. They can both be black or whatever color from what I've seen, as long as the glad hands are distinguished between red and blue. Usually the tab on the connector to press the rubber grommets together.
  12. There's no replacment for long, low and cool, practical or not.
  13. No kidding. I would for sure have a garage with plenty of toys and some sort of insane way of getting my toys where I want to play. Family taken care of, homes. Oh, not to mention not working anymore. Live off my savings interest.
  14. Everytime I watch it I die crying laughin. That's gotta be the funniest outakes video ever.
  15. Boy that kinda backwards thinkin. You'd make hand over fist with Gentleman's club versus the hobby shop. Well actually, your on the right track. Buy a gentleman's club, then put a hobby shop up next door. To fulfill the excuse they have to go in the shop and buy stuff.
  16. Allow me to introduce Richie Acosta and project 350. Richie is from New Jersey!
  17. 53 footers out here aren't allowed to have the tandems all the way back on the highways. 53s are still limited by the bridge law.
  18. I was on that dirt road twice this week. It's the road that basically goes from TA at the 103 to Aguila. I loaded a West Valley materials pit our there.
  19. Absolutely. Your gonna have a hydraulic hose, just like if you were pulling an end dump. A little extra info.. I've seen some of the really big oversize setups, 2 trucks pullin, 3 or 4 pushin, that have 5 hydraulic hoses, 4 airlines, 3 electrical cords. I have a pic somewhere, I'm gonna have to look for it.
  20. When I walk into the model section I have 2 problems. 1. Nothing gets my attention. 2. Too many get my attention. When #2 strikes, I end up over thinking my purchase and walk out with nothing anyway.
  21. Sorry, foul. Cussing, cursing, adult language
  22. Sounds good to me. This will be a great lookin build with the doors and side boxes open.
  23. I first saw this clip about 3 years ago. I thought it was hilarious. Then about 6 months later I saw a documentary about him. I forget the name of the documentary. Here's a link. Word a caution, there is "some" fowl language. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zSWUWPx2VeQ
