    I remember building a B train with Gulf colors for the local Gulf bulk plant owner back in the early 80's. I had gone through the same research.

    I have just bought what I think is the latest reiteration of the Revell 68 Mustang GT. Am I correct in assuming the engine in there is a 428 and not a 390?

    The grille panel is just positioned. It'll go in later. Hopefully it'll clear the rad cradle.

    I bought the AMT 1968 Mustang GT. Looking good. Couldn’t find anywhere what engine is in there 390 or 428?

    That is how the shop got started, to be a photo background. I try to move stuff around and change some things to make it look like a living place.

    There it is minus taillights. I only have one Merc taillight. then I was going to use the parking lights painted red which would have given it a Lincolnesque look. I may make some with the lenses from a truck sprue and wire frames.

    No. This is the only one I know of. Never even noticed the difference. Go figure.

    I do that a lot as well. I find it very satisfying to turn something into something else.

    Playing with the front panel. the headlights and horn grilles are reduced photos. Did them in decal too. will use those with the best definition.
