Like your Ferrari. I built one sometime in the past. Wonder where it is. You booth gives me an idea about my sandblast cabinet I'm not using any more.

Did a bit of both.Washed the wash with mineral spirits on a q-tip then ran some red in the grooves to remove some contrast. That should do it. Will know better in the morning.

Did the panel lines with black wash and touched up the engine compartment. Not sure if I'm happy with it. It bled on the upper front of the driver's door. The joint between the headlight pods and the front fenders isn't that prominent in real life. I may touch that up with red paint.

I got one! The AMT Ford LN-8000 Race Car Hauler!

I reread the box, the instructions and all I can see is a reference ta it being Cat powered. However, the fine print a.k.a painting instructions says blue or yellow, so either is feasible. -

Is the Cat engine in this kit a 3208? -
I've seen a guy pull up into a rest area withy a set of doubles only to dicsover it didn't have another entrance. He had to separate, back them unto the highway shoulder, reconnect and move on. He wasn't a happy camper.

My guess is yes....one trailer at a time.

Thanks Scott. I wetsanded with 1000grit. Managed to go through the sharp raised areas as you said not to do. So I gave it another coat. Got rid of the fuzzies. How do I smooth the bottom of the door shut lines?

Two N600's from Motor City Resins and some casters from Shapeways. One of the Fords will replace the Louisville cab on the race car hauler and will look like Mr. Shelby's did: URL=http://s1176.photobucket.com/user/landman2/media/Models/b2d41b10-797f-11e4-a97c-19f7196f55f7_Cobra-Transport-9.jpg.html] The other will hopefully become a GMC B-7000 and look like this: (I hope)
