When it comes to the wiring you can go to manufacture website and pull up instructions. For example if you want MSD just go to their site and download instructions for any part. Some are also available on Summit racing. I don't know if jegs has them.
Yah she's been trying to be helpful since her baby sister was born a few weeks ago. So I can't be to mad. The body should come out of the stripper today. I tried to just spot sand it but went to deep and didn't want to try and re prime since the top coat was acrylic and tamiya primer is lacquer.
i got jewelry wire at Hobby Lobby. Comes in pack of 3 rolls for around $4 includes silver gold and copper color. Bought to for a different project but just happened to be right size for this.
Truly a sad day for Ferrari. Sergio needs to worry about his Chrysler project and not Ferrari. I have been disappointed with the Ferrari F1 team for a while now and think the moves they made this year trying to restructure everything was done wrong. Seems to me from what I have read it is a huge lack of communication at Ferrari right now. Hopefully they turn it around quickly.
The Akagi is a good looking model. I would like to get that too. The photo etched sets for it are outstanding. Only thing is to get the model, wood deck, and all the photo etched it's around $500 from Hasegawa in 1/350. there is a new Gallery USS Intrepid for $220 that has great photo etched included. That's one of the great things about Gallery they included everything. You don't have to spend a bunch of extra money for detail kits.
i used some cigarette foil as heat shield. all pics i see the real car the shield on fire wall looks like a lose blanket so not trying to get it to con form perfectly. also got hybrid wiring started.
That helps a lot thanks. What didn't help was for some stupid reason I didn't put body in Tupperware like I us ally do and my 9 year old decide to sweep the room. Bennyg you jinxed me. So trying to fix paint now.
Quick update. Stripped wheels of chrome. i have not seen it on here before, but this is how I strip chrome. Liquid Plumber. takes less then 5 mins to strip Tamiya chrome don't know about others. And it is designed to not eat plastic since most houses have plastic pipes either abs or pvc. It might strip paint too ,but never tried it.
less then 30 seconds later.
after rinsing and wash with dish soap.
