    Sweet build, love the color combo! Just picked this kit up as well and recently opened it and realized mine has no exhaust manifolds or headers for the block was yours the same way?

    Thank you! I used Duplicolor BFM0340 Royal Blue and highly recommend it.

    Wow this is turning out to be an amazing build. I just finished the Revell 1969 camaro but it nothing in comparison to this. Really looking forward to seeing this one finished

    Thank you! I have a sheet and tried it and let's just say I need more practice with it hahaha maybe one day once I'm good with BMF I can go back and apply it. I have some spare body's I'm going to practice on. Sweet! Can't wait to see it posted up here!

    Thanks! I actually did try the decals at first, didn't have any microsol (or even know about it) so it didn't form to the curves good at all and actually ripped quite easy so I opted out for this build.

    Hey everyone! Here is my 1969 Revell Camaro, still new to modeling but I learned a lot with this build and appreciate all the help and advice people from this forum have given me.     I am just having a very difficult time with this. Being new to modeling doesn't make this any easier hahaha but I really would like for this to come out good since I've come so far on this model. I even tried to BMF the window trim and that was a pretty big mess to say the least!

    Thank you very much! I am no model expert, but to me this is a pretty good kit. I personally had some trouble with the hood at one point, but was able to get everything to sit flush. Hopefully I will be able to see some pictures of yours on here! Best of luck with it!

    Hey guys, had some time to get back on this project, was able to get some progress on some small details. Fog lights and front splitter were installed, the wheels,door handles, locks and turn signals were all painted on. Small details are all that's left and some window trim coming soon! Home stretch! Here is how she sits now :

    Great advice guys, thank you! I think I'm going to try the dry brush method once I get some time to work on the car again. Seems to be the best bet for me. I will most definitely try the BMF method in mind for future builds though!

    Hi all! I'm in the process of finishing up a revell 69 camaro and was wondering how some of you were able to paint the molded logo on the side. Here is a picture to show the camaro writing I would like to paint in silver. I usually use a toothpick for very fine detail painting but can not master this one. Any advice!? How do you usually get body writing painted? Please share and thank you!!!
