Wow. My 2002 car has neither a lighter nor any ashtrays.

They all were.

I tried but don't think I made it through more than about 40 minutes of it. Just stupid IMHO.

I got the soundtrack for that pic:

What non-auto model did you get today?

Hey Ray, drop me an email. I might have something you'd be interested in: SnakeACP45 at AOL dot com Thanks! -
My Dad told me that it was his favorite military aircraft he ever flew. And he'd flown the F-86, among many others!

Great pics, thanks for sharing them! My Dad flew that Constellation many times. Interestingly, in the same pic with the Constellation is a Shrike Commander (Bob Hoover's). I have a pic of my Dad with that very airplane in the background.

I think it ranks there in my list, too, along with Firefly and Game of Thrones. Dimmit, I'm gonna need a Top 5 list to include Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

On November 29th, I signed up for Hulu on a special offer of $2 a month for 12 months, specifically to re-watch all episodes of Justified and NYPD Blue. Was delighted to discover they also have Modern Family, Firefly, and a few other cool things, too. Justified ran six seasons, a total of 78 episodes. Thoroughly enjoyed re-living seasons 1 through 4, Very Most Way Excellent Stuff. Seasons 5 and 6 were new to me--dunno how I missed those when they were aired new (on FX). Anyway, last night I reached the last of the 78 episodes, meaning I watched 2.6 episodes a day. Not too shabby. Now I'm gonna watch a few select episodes of Firefly and then move on to NYPD Blue. Oh, I might slip The Last Ship in there somewhere, too. I've heard that's pretty good. Oh, and Justified wasn't the only thing I watched in the last month. Also saw all 8 episodes of Fleishman Is in Trouble, which was REALLY good. If you haven't seen that, give it a try.

I've never heard of Trillium, but two or three times a week I get a phone call from someone with an Indian or Central Asian accent of some sort claiming to be from "Medicare services." These calls are bogus and I've learned to hang up on them immediately.

I saw it last October 31, and wrote this in the Review a Movie thread: Sounds like we had similar overall reactions to it. I'm not sorry I spent the time to re-watch it, but I'm pretty sure I'll never watch it again.

A life hack that pertains to model building......
Snake45 replied to JollySipper's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
I used to work with/for a VERY smart young lady who always thought she was the smartest person in the room, and was, truth to tell, probably often right. I used to say about her, "She can get about 90% of a project done in about 20% of the time it would take anybody else, or any team of anybody elses. The other 10% will never get done at all. By anyone. Ever." I could relate because I have a LOT of model projects that are exactly the same way.
