  1. Even though the stock kit isn't 100% accurate, you made it better.
  2. You improved the model nicely. I have had this model for years, but it is still unbuilt in the box. The basic details are good on this trailer, but as you stated, some are out of scale. The Thermo King unit is one of the most accurate and detailed of any in ay scale. If the engine doors had opened, that would have put it over the top. I built the Monogram reefer sometime ago. Your build is inspirational.
  3. The Volvo F7 was first used in the USA in 1982. It actually was the first Volvo truck model to be manufactured in the USA. Wilson Trucking of Virginia was a major user of the Volvo f7.
  4. Too bad they can't find the molds of the Fruehauf van.
  5. I got these parts from an Australian 3d printer. They are an improvement over the stock Ertl Thermo King parts.
  6. I meant on the drivers side. The 3d part is corrected.
  7. I have several 3d printed reefer parts that fit on the Ertl reefer from an Australian printer. The grille and side panels are open just like the actual unit. The dial panel is on the correct passenger side. Very intricate.
  8. Prototypical 1990s reefer.
