  1. Hi, Just bringing this thread back. Wow this guy can build!!! Such an awesome display. He loved Mustangs. PS You can view his PB images if you have the Photobucket embed fix add on for either Firefox or Chrome. I'm able to look at them as if it were before the Photobucket change.
  2. Hi, Ah, I see whats going on. You need to install the Photobucket embed fix add on for Firefox/Chrome. Then you can see all his pics.
  3. Hi, I'm able to see all of his pics on that thread. Check out his WIP link near the top for his Pantera. Man this guy is goooooooooooooood!
  4. Hi, A very clean build; http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/82031-detomaso-pantera-gr3/
  5. Hi, OOOOOO love it!
  6. Hi, To me your Pantera looks like the USAirfix issue.
  7. Hi, Dayam some hot cars up in this thread! Love it!
  8. Hi, Well I'm certain that he is at the mercy of the particular caster who's products you are waiting on. .
  9. Hi, A special shout out to Randy Ditton@Model Builders Warehouse. A fantastic guy, awesome builder and a natural fit for retailing warez for our wonderful hobby.
  10. Hi, Totally bitchin, right up my alley in terms of imagination. Love it!
  11. Hi, Well I can tell how how surprised I was at how quickly I built up my mock/temp glue build of the Sesto. My only complaint were its wheels/tires, absolute rubbish. But probably very accurate in scale as I prefer fat tires and wide wheels on any car.
  12. Hi, WOW, very authentic and superb! Totally looks like the ones my uncles, friends dads, etc to to drive around in. Very very very cool.
  13. Hi, It's the Two in One found here; http://www.harder-airbrush.eu/en/infinity.html#infinitysolo Feels great in the hand. However in my latest MCM mag there is an ad for this; http://www.grexusa.com/grexairbrush/products.php5?id=Tritium.TG However as Snake pointed out, we are not doing anything complex, just cars etc...
  14. Hi, This is true, I used my Amazon points to get the Infinity or else I would not have. Way over kill for scale modeling I'm sure.
  15. Hi, I think it's great with avg/low quality and work your way up. I have a new appreciation for a nice AB now. It would be super cool to go to a scale model work shop and interact with the pro's to see how they do things. They'd give you tips and tell you what you are doing wrong etc... I may go to my LHS and see if the guy there (who I think is a wizard) can help guide me as I still struggle with rattle can and AB. I'll bring my paints and model.
  16. Hi, Wow, what a difference between my $10 AB and my new Infiniti! My old AB would need higher pressure to spray and honestly I could not tell the difference in paint flow from pulling the trigger back in varying degrees. My Inifniti is awesome I totally appreciate the differences. Still I had much fun with my cheaper AB and will still use it for harsher paints and in a limited fashion. Now all I have to do is get a .2mm nozzle as I've .15mm and .4mm. Would love something aorta in between.
  17. Hi, Good question and I suppose if I were you, it would be to try something different. I've built a few Fujimi kits so far and none have gone together w/o adjusting/test fitting and have been persnickety. Albeit none of them have been the Countach. The Aoshima Sesto I am building now fits about perfect out of the box and for a newbie like me, that is cool. So I guess try an Aoshima to spice things up?
  18. Hi, W0W, looks awesome and one I'd like to drive!
  19. Hi, It looks really really really good!!! I love it!
  20. Hi and thank you sir.
  21. Hi, This is a very cool project. I'm looking forward to more.
  22. Hi, This is a fantastic video and the guy in it is very good. He should do more vids, would help us newbie builders a lot. And WOW what a kit!
  23. Hi, Wow $53?
  24. Hi, Thanks for the post, very cool! BTW, how would you all clean up flash off the spokes on the wheels? Do you simply cut out with a razor blade VERY carefully or use some very small sanding thingy?
  25. Hi, Am I correct in assuming that the 1/25 Aurora Chaparral Lightning is a 2A?
