    Possibly? But the fuel was much cheaper, quieter, and the emissions ............................... bio degradable!! Though at times it could be rather unpleasant if you were downwind of a large pile! lol Be Well Gator

    Ron, This looks to be a worthy project ! I will be following the build with great interest. As for the wheelbase. I would think it would be on the shorter side. Given the time when the rig was built and on the road. Be Well Gator

    Really a cool vehicle ! But Corvair had a problem with oil leaks like Detroits. And at the time there might have been a issues with the articulated steering? Just guessing on that.. And it looks like maybe they wanted to target the military market first. Anyway it is an interesting concept. Be Well Gator
