some old models from the 70's
gatorincebu replied to gatorincebu's topic in Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
Thanks guys, Yes I do have pictures of them as they were and are now. Some will just get disassembled and cleaned up and then reassmbled. With stuff like the chrome either redone or stripped and painted. I used to be a heavy pipe smoker. So the models are heavily weathered in nicotine. That I still have them all is kinda cool. They have been through a lot. Be Well Gator -

gatorincebu replied to DeeCee's topic in Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Now that certainly is different! Reminds me of back in the 50's and 60's and the custom cars and trucks that people were building. I can just imagine the hours spent on the body work and paint prep. Nice job! Be Well Gator -

Greetings Everyone, Here are a couple of pics of some models I build in the late 90's. The photos are not the best. But you can get the idea! Be Well Gator The first one is an International in service to Gator Construction and or Trucking. The second is snap KW with the Bechtel logo .I worked for Bechtel at Turkey Point in Miami. The logo is a vinyl hard hat sticker. And a lowboy with a loader bucket on it. The load was part of a toy.
