I know when I am doing a chop I get one rear quarter window I am happy with then I make a plug to use as a guide for the other side.

Looking really good. I wonder if the chassis you used was a Thunderbird? They were open in the center also. Ya know as you get done they will re-issue the '67 Galaxie!!! I hope so!
