I know when I am doing a chop I get one rear quarter window I am happy with then I make a plug to use as a guide for the other side.

I can give a step by step on this one I mastered for someone. Unfortunately they are no longer casting

Maybe after adding bondo maybe reshape the windshield opening and use some half round evergreen to replicate the windshield trim? If you try it again maybe get a donor '49 Merc for the longer roof to start with and incorporate the Ford rear window? I am glad you did not take offense to my observations. I'll be watching.

She is really looking great!!!! As an FYI, the supercharged FE's (and most Fords) had a taller intake to clear the distributor. Note how high the base of the blower is in this pic.
