  1. Very clean build!
  2. This kit has been released over and over and people complain when it is, but this build goes to show how versatile that kit/car is. So many movies and tv shows had 65/66 Mustang's in them so different builds can go on for a long long time. This one looks really awesome and I'm going to follow it along.
  3. That is one good looking funny car!
  4. That quick change in the Johan kits used to bug me until I found out it was pretty darn accurate!
  5. Good looking Plymouth.
  6. Agreed, I enjoy these myself. This one's looking great.
  7. Okay, I have a question. Did you sleep within those two days? Hahahah!!! It would take me that long to get everything painted (that's if I actually decided what colors) great looking build though!
  8. On another note, there are some awesome things on the horizon.
  9. Yep, that's the parts pack motor, but that distributor in no way should be in the rear. Not even on a supercharged dragster. The intake manifold is too low, as shown in this picture the 427 Ford engine with a supercharger had a fairly tall intake to clear the crab capped distributor. The valve covers on that engine are fairly poor also, they look like small block Chevy valve covers. The better alternative are the Revell Thunderbolt valve covers or the valve covers from the 66/67 Fairlane/Comet
  10. Cool, I missed the last issue
  11. You sure whipped out a beauty!
  12. One word.... Superb
  13. Off the wall for sure. I love your "no fear" approach to building things different.
  14. Very cool news. I'll end up with a few of each even if I need to fix the pseudo Y-block
  15. Great looking build! If you have paint left brush some green on each side of the center grill. That area is body color. Just an FYI
  16. I believe this is the first time I've seen this kit with the custom parts. It really looks great with that paint treatment
  17. Looks great. That paint is slick
  18. Very nice! Did you use the entire rear half of the 71 because I noticed it still has the 71 tail light. Very cool build.
  19. As others have said never ever put lacquer over enamel. The fact the hood came out okay is quite amazing
  20. Looks awesome. I thought about the same conversion but opposite. The 67 four-door roof on a 71 to make it a coupe.
  21. The '70 Galaxie has the hardtop roof. If you remove the posts and window frames it is correct. I am working on a correct body for the 4 door sedan but it's not finished yet.
  22. Nice build of a nice kit
  23. Cool!!!
  24. Good looking 58. I always liked that car.
