    Thanks for the compliments and encouragement. For a simple snap type kit it sure looks good on the shelf. I recommend it for a quick slump-buster.

    As many may have read in the past I was involved in a very serious car accident in September. I wasn't sure about my recovery at that time and was considering giving up on building. I've been feeling pretty good and physical therapy is helping so I thought I would tackle this MPC Paddy wagon just to get my feet wet again. Pretty much built out of the box with some painting details to see how steady I was. I also drilled out the exhaust because it didn't look right being flat and filled the body holes for the police accessories. I did mess up one decal because I had not used setting solution on it yet although others had setting solution. If anybody has the flame decals from the monogram 39 Chevy sedan delivery I would love to fix this. I really did enjoy this kit and think I'll probably get another one or two. I hope you enjoy the build also.

    I had suggested to Round2 that adding shock tower pieces that could be added at builders discretion just by removing the chassis tub inner fenders would be great addition to existing kits. Upgrading suspensions on existing kits would be welcomed also.
