I'm a fan of your solution for that too-thin C-pillar. It looks fantastic now! The proportions remind me of the work done by Valley Custom. Looking very good indeed...and with that in mind, I keep picturing it in a candy brandywine red with whitewalls and chrome-reverse wheels. *shrug* That combo doesn't really go with the modern engine though, so what about a Pro-touring look with deep-offset wheels with satin-finish centers of some sort?

Haha what!! Are these previous builds or did you really just spend 8 days building new models?? Well either way I think they're great. Always a lot of thought put into the engineering and accessories on your builds. I'm diggin' the removable hardtop on the van, the cooler and gear bag and cartoony look of the oversized wheel/tire package...and are those flowers on the package tray of the Chrysler? Whatever they are, that little hit of color is a nice detail. I am satisfied! 😄

Looking good!! The decisions to lean the A pillars, lengthen the trunk, and mold the headlight bezels into the fenders are adding up into a very tasty custom! My only attempt at both chopping a '40 and opening the doors resulted in a pile of scrap parts, haha.It's tricky business for sure. I think I pinned the A pillars four or five times after accidentally breaking them repeatedly.I'd love to take another stab at it, but I think any custom '40 I attempt will have the doors molded shut!

Fun execution of a very cool concept! Everything fits together so nicely... Do you ever build cars that haven't been stretched? Build a shorty, I dare ya!!

I love this thing and I think it's worth saving as-is. If you were to rebuild it from scratch, I agree that a slight top-chop would help it flow a little better. I keep imagining it with a normal ride height up front, and slammed in the back, like a lowrider. That probably wasn't the stance the original builder was going for, though!

This lambo is looking totally insane! I love the 3D printed parts, they go such a long way to completely changing the look. I do have one reservation: how confident are you in the resilience and strength of those (very cool) door hinges, and do you have a plan B if they snap during painting/assembly? Could you prototype them in resin and build them in aluminum or brass based on the 3D printed example?

Neat concept! On paper, I wouldn't be entirely convinced that the window treatment would work, but there it is...looks fantastic! I'm enjoying the stance on this one too.

I love this! Cool detailing, and the effect created by all that careful decal work is extremely striking. The car looks intimidating...but also just plain fun!

Nice execution and detailing! Great chop and stance, those resin '32s from Ed are pretty darn nice. The Thrush mufflers are a cool addition that I don't think I've seen before, and those headers look super useful for shoehorning that mill in there.

Nice save! I really dig the paintjob and color combo with those wheels. I agree that the bumpers are a little bulky.
