  1. Thanks for the comments guys! Thanks Clayton! Yes, that's a rotary dial phone. I have two, but they no longer are compatible with my U-Verse phone service.
  2. I started working on the floor pan today, so I could be sure about the engine clearance. The resin floor pan was really designed for a curbside model and wasn't completely accurate, not to mention very thick. I thought that it would be better to start over. Here is a picture of the real thing: Here is the resin floor pan compared to the start of the new floor pan. I added some bracing to the underside. The front of the floor pan needed to be angled up as well. And believe it or not, the engine clears!!!
  3. Thanks Rob! The Ford is the Moebius 71 Ford kit with some modifications. It is in the Light Commercial section in both the Workbench section and Under Glass. Mike: Thanks for the kind words!
  4. Looking great! 10-4 on the windshields. I think that I made about 20 for my Bighorn before I got one to fit like I wanted it to. This has been one of my favorite builds! Looking forward to more.
  5. Very cool build!! It makes me want to sing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town".
  6. Excellent work!! The way you've captured the vintage look is incredible!
  7. Nice!! I like the grass on the mower deck!! Nice touch!!
  8. This one is going to be nice! My kind of build!! Great work so far!!
  9. Round 2 is supposed to be releasing that kit sometime around April unless something has changed. I think that is why I have seen several lately on Ebay. Given the history of your kit and the excellent condition of the box it definitely has some value. You may want to consider offering it up for trade here on the forum for a kit or some kits that you are interested in. It is free and the truck folks on the forum understand the value of it. If you really like you may just want to keep it given the history of it.
  10. Thanks for all the comments!!! Not much more progress this month. Still working out the bugs. The front springs had to be shortened. The H model steering box mounts behind the front axle from the factory, but I mounted the box in front of the axel because of the manifolds on the engine.
  11. Just my two cents, but I would paint the spokes and center hubs yellow with white rims and silver wedges. But what ever you choose will look great. Looking great so far.
  12. Looking very nice! I don't think that I've ever seen a Luberfiner on each side like that. Nice touch.
