  1. That's awesome. I just got a craving for some watermelon, pizza and donuts hahaha. I love it. You did a great job ,great, great subject to model. Thank you for sharing this with us I love it, love it,love it. Jeff
  2. Again Larry, awesome. I just love this. My grandparents had a 76-77 Catalina I think. I don't think it was a Lemans but I do remember that it was big, blue and had 4 doors. And it was a Pontiac. That was a very long time ago and I might not remember everything about it but I do remember all of the good old family memories that went with that car.I myself had a 73 chevelle Malibu in 86 and absolutely loved that car. Just a couple of reasons why I am soooo attracted to the body style of these cars. Larry keep up the good work and as always I look forward to following this one. Thanks. Jeff
  3. I love it ,love it, love it. I am a big fan of every make and model and I LOVE what you are doing here. A big 70s four door ( somebody wake me up, I must be dreaming ). I look forward to watching the progress on this one. Thanks and please keep us updated on your build. Jeff
  4. Hi everyone. Just wanted to say that I have never been to good at pinning parts but after reading this topic I know now what I have been doing wrong. I've had problems with getting glue where I don't want it and lining parts up. So now I am going to try it the ways that have been described here. Thanks everyone for the exellent advice. Jeff
  5. I've been following this build since the beginning (first post). Nice, nice, nice. I love the oddballs too so when I see a post talking about a matador I am all over it. I have a couple of these myself but just have not built one yet. I'm a builder not a collector so I will at some point in time. Just watching this gets me going. Keep up the good work and thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff
  6. That's one awesome 55. Jeff
  7. Wow Larry, how did I miss this. I usually browse the forum every other day and I cannot believe that I missed this post. Larry I am up in the air with my kits. I won't rush, especially with these babies. Just too let everyone know, I have a few of Larry's resin kits and they ARE BEAUTIFUL. Larry your build is is going to be a home run and I can't wait to watch the progress of it. I am going to be in touch with you Larry about the chassis and a kit for my friend. Thanks again. Jeff
  8. Nice, looking real good. That stance is perfect. I've always loved this kit, stock or pro street. But I definitely lean towards the pro street version. I really liked how you explained the kit, very informative to me. Thanks and please let us know your progress with more info and pictures. Keep up the good work. Jeff
  9. I see here that the last posts were back in may and hope Paul is back to a 100%. I only know what I have read here and in the magazine about the guys at D.R.A.G and it makes me wish that I knew all of them in person. You guys are great, a credit to the hobby. Well I hope and pray that Paul is well and if anyone who knows reads this please leave an update. Thank you. Jeff
  10. MARTY were are you. Call me when you get here. Jeff
  11. Again thank you Fordrodncustom for posting this one. What a great kit. Also the comparison between the new and original release is pretty cool to me. They sure knew what they were doing back in the day with the box art.Just about 50 years later and it's still working for them and for us. I guess I am an okay builder but ever since I have been on this forum I've become better because I learn something new every time that I am on the forum. Thanks everyone. Jeff
  12. 30 years ago I would of said 'You've got to be kidding me' today I say thank you Round 2 for I appreciate everything that they have been doing. I will take every and I mean EVERY kit that they put out. Keep them all coming. Thank you Round 2. Jeff
  13. Thanks Fordrodncustom. I appreciate you sharing this model. I have a couple of the police versions but I am very happy to get a close up look at this version. I love it. Thank you for sharing this with us. Jeff
  14. They are beautiful. The MR.GASKET is right up my alley. Nice work. Thank you. Jeff
  15. Hi Tubbs. I am very interested in your magazines. I just don't know how to communicate with anyone on the forum. If you are interested $$$ and you can get in touch with me because I do not know how to get in touch with you. I just love car and model car magazines. There's nothing like holding a magazine with lots of pages in your hands it's what I grew up with it's what I know. A computer or laptop just doesn't do it for me and that is probably why I am soooo computer illiterate. Thank you. Jeff
  16. I have been trying to post these comments for a couple of days. I recently switched Internet providers and have been having trouble with my computer. I recently got a few resin car models with interiors from Dr Larry and let me tell you about some pretty nice work. No air bubbles no pinholes no nothing and they are all smooooth baby!! I could not be happier with them. I have not the slightest idea how to post any pictures yet but when I do I will. Just look at the pictures that Dr Larry posted and it's pretty much what I have. Not sure how I will build them (probably stock) but who knows. I can not thank Larry enough and what a gentleman to deal with. I now have 3 body's and interiors to car's that I would not ever of had. I cannot say enough Happy, Happy, Happy their that should explain how I feel. Dr Larry you are a credit to this Hobby. Thank you. Jeff
  17. Right up my alley. I love it. Would love to see the 67,68,69 again someday. I know l know keep dreaming. Thanks. Jeff
  18. Has anyone ever done story in a magazine or online about what is exactly wrong with the amt challenger roof and fixing it. I believe that the amt roof is separate from the body but as I am definitely not an expert in challengers is why I ask. Would probably make for a great article if it has not been done. Thank you. Jeff
  19. Just checked out Scott's site, Wow!! Nice stuff. Scott you will be hearing from me soon. Also want to say sorry about your cat Know the feeling all to well unfortunately. Jeff
  20. What! !! April 2011!!! Where was I !!! Well my heart and prayers go out to Bill and his family. JEFF
  21. The missing link parts website worked perfect for me. Just to let you know. Jeff
  22. Wow. Dr . Larry nice nice nice is it possible for me to get in touch with you to order some of your resin models and if yes how. I am fairly new to this site so I am a bit rusty on how to contact or connect with other people who are on this site. Again nice work. I am floored by the subject matter. Right up my alley. Thank you. Jeff
  23. I have come back to this post a 100 times to look at those pictures of the Pontiac. I love it. Something about a stock car -Nascar made into a street car -pro street car or drag car that just does it for me. Thank you . Jeff
  24. Very nice. Great job!
  25. Awesome build. Your pictures are great. If I did not know that it was a Model I would of thought it was a real 1/1 car. Can not figure out why more of the Nascar bodies are not used in this way Olds- Buick- Pontiac. You definitely proved that it can be done. Nice build real nice and thank you for sharing it. Gives me new inspiration. Jeff
