  1. One word -OUTSTANDING!!
  2. VERY sweet!!!
  3. Thanks, JC!, they look just like the ones I get in my Fujimi Kits. Whats the cost of those? -I've purchased an army of the GT40 and Cobra kits JUST for the tyres. Maybe your way is cheaper for me. I've also noticed the wide range of ride heights in Cobras, do you think the Fujimi kits ride height is acceptable? I've always thought it looked too high.
  4. I always glue mine still. I use a thicker glue that takes just a little bit longer to set up/ dry than my Plasti Zap, so that I can position them properly, then let them dry. Since we,re on this subject, is there anybody else out there besides me who doesn't use the Poly-caps that come in most Japanese Kits? it freaks me out to apply the pressure it sometimes takes to attach the wheels. its then I decided, You don't need them!!, PLUS, if your car isn't sitting right, it gives you more space to tweak things. that's the reason I use the thicker glue.
  5. First off, I've heard most people cant stand the Testors kits, they are rough and take a lot of work, but I will take those yellow boxes all day long!! One in particular -they're Pantera kits! -you always have to make your own windsheilds for them. One day my wife found a person on Craigs List that had a lotus kit I wanted. I was busy, but she drove to Penn to get it for me. when she got home, she had a trunk FULL of Testors kits, and told me that the guy said she could have them for free, because they sucked. Like I said, i'll take'em all day long
  6. FANTASTIC work!! Q: Are those Fujimi tyres? -from a GT40, or they're Cobra kits?
  7. I totally agree!!!

  20. BEAUTIFUL!!!!! -superb everything!! Q: is there any particular reason why all four tyres look to be too far forward in the wheel wells? -Just curious, because I have this Italeri kit, and want to build it soon. Also, did you have any fitment issues with this kit while building? -Love seeing your work!!!!
  21. Outstanding!!! -a lot of great details, and foil work!!
  22. Welcome back to the hobby!!, I think it looks pretty darn nice!!
  23. Jeeps ARE the best!! -as long as its any of the wranglers or the XJ Cherokees. All others are imposters. Nice Jeep by the way!! -I have the last REAL Cherokee, a 2001 Sport with a 6 inch lift, 32x11.5 wrangler mud terrains, and a Super clean/rust free body, that has had a treatment of POR15, and the entire body was refinished with POR15 Bedliner. Cant tell I love Jeeps
