  7. Yuri, you are a true artist!
  8. Nice choice! Sublime was always my favorite for Superbirds!
  9. I can't speak for the rest of you guys, but myself, I've had enough "of the people", and I'd like to try some "by the people" and "for the people"!!
  10. Brian, I think he's trying to say that Bill needs to go to the "institution" for his thoughts!
  11. Very, very well done Steve!
  12. Well that definitely fits into the era that this thread went into Harry!
  13. OK, I'll spell it out for those that missed it. There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his KNOWLEDGE. This is the dimension of imagination.
  14. There is a fifth dimension, not only of sight and sound, but of mind...you guys know the rest!
  15. I also had to write papers like that TJ. Also, if I handed in a paper, test, etc. and the teacher could not easily read what I had written, the answer was WRONG, no questions asked! Also, not too long I needed to make a quick calculation on something at work, I grabbed a scrap of paper and pen. It was amazing how many of my co-workers 1: looked at me as if I'd grown a second head, and 2: quickly shoved their smart phone with calculator app in my face! Being that I am in my late 40s I will most likely see the day when these people are running everything!
  16. Wow! It seems like I stirred up a hornet's nest with my NASA comment! It's not about the AMOUNT of knowledge you accumulated, but the TYPE of knowledge you have that is most important. For example, does the fact that I can name all 18 Apollo astronauts in one sentence, and discuss my theory of what sank the RMS Lusitania in the next make me a better person, or even more knowledgeable than someone who is more concerned with which celebrity is dating which this week, or how to score the most points in the latest video game? No, of course not!! But, does the types of knowledge I concern myself with acquiring make me better equipped to solve critical situations that may arise in my life, or at the very least, use some piece of knowledge I already posses to gain another piece of knowledge I need to acquire to solve the problem? I would definitely like to think so!!
  17. I see your point Brian and you are probably right on all accounts. But even if the true number is half of that it's still a shame especially if you consider that if the other countries that either were, or are, involved in space exploration would have gotten the opportunity to expose the U.S. as frauds they absolutely would have!!!
  18. Hey Jim you know way more about the show than I do!! But I was referring to the scene at the very beginning, you can see where the car started to roll to the left as it was coming down and the left wheel hit well before the right wheel. I bet that car was REALLY messed up!
  19. All of the above mentioned are VERY sad and painfully true, and here's another one to add...Nearly 20% of Americans over 18 now believe that NASA faked all six of the moon landings! And that percentage gets higher every time they take a new survey!!
  20. Still a very nice looking build! Hopefully the old glue hasn't gotten too fragile!
  21. Very cool! I've always like the 60 Edsels!
  22. Excellent choice of subjects you did!
  23. All of the are awesome!
