  6. I saw your Demon yesterday at the Hope It Don’t Snow show in Spartanburg along with your other drag cars Roger. It looked really good in person.Your other cars looked great too! Very nice work on all of them!

  9. Awesome work Steve! I like the way it turned out. It was cool seeing the WIP.
  10. I was able to complete my Tudor for 32 Ford Tudor Build Off here on the forum. I was hoping to complete it before the end of 2024, but it didn’t work out but I’m happy to have it done. The base kit was the new release Revell 32 Tudor. The chopped 32 Tudor resin body is from Drag City Casting. The chassis,engine/trans and wheels/tires are from the newer release Revell 32 Ford Roadster kit.The interior has the shifter and optional 40 Ford dash from the Revell 32 5 window kit. The steering wheel is from the Revell 29 Model A roadster and the column mounted tach is from Detail Master. The window crank and door handles are from Iceman Collections. The pedal set up is from Highlight Model Studio. The front mounted tank is also from the Revell 32 5 window kit.The distributor is from MAD.VGC resins supplied the SBC downdraft headers and Thrush mufflers. The exhaust tubing is from Bobs Hobby and RC.The 1932 North Carolina license plate is from Best Model Car Car Parts. I’m definitely looking forward to building more street rods in the future. Thanks for looking.
  11. I finally finished up my 32 Ford Tudor for the build off.
  12. I will definitely pick up a kit or two.I want build a replica of my first car.A 79 Z/28 which was a factory 4-speed hardtop.
  13. I started back building models back in 1995 or 96 after a LONG layoff. Most of my older built models were sold or either given away to friends because I ran out of display space. This is the oldest built model I have in my collection. It was built back in 2001.Its a Revell Wheels of Fire PT Cruiser Snap kit.The front bumper was smoothed and I made a roll pan for the rear with a exhaust cut out.All the trim was shaved and the door handles were removed. The color is HOK chameleon paint with HOK clear. It was lowered and it has Hopping Hydro wheels/tires.The interior has a AMT 67 Impala street machine kit steering wheel and has Scale Motorsport Zebra interior decals on the seats and door panels.
  14. My inspiration comes from other builders on this fourm,Instagram, car shows, local cruise ins and local cars&coffee meets. Another source of inspiration comes from cars/trucks that my family or friends have owned or worked on.
  15. The AMT 71 Duster 340 kit has a really nice 340 six pack engine as an option.
  16. I was able to get the body and interior mounted on the chassis for the final time on my 32 Tudor. I’m hoping to finish it up in the next couple of days.
  17. Both builds look great Roger! That Demon is my favorite🙌
