  1. Apparently Edelbrock is working on this large chunk of aluminum awesomeness for actual.sales to the public!
  2. I thought those were horrible, the shoebox wouldn't be bad if they would bother finishing the body and paintwork.
  3. I just want to know how you're supposed to drive it?!
  4. I was thinking flop top
  5. Strangley, I'm kinda not surprised that last one was built. I've been kinda, waiting to see somebody actually do that!
  6. Yup, got over 31k on my nearly 3 year old 200 right now (Jan. 12 build date) with just oil changes, tire rotations, new filters, and some firmware updates! It will need tires and alignment by spring, but considering one of the roads I usually drive, I'm lucky I don't have to scrap together a rally oriented suspension package for it!
  7. Well, for as long as I tend to keep cars, that could still be a toss up, and I just turned 38 a month and a half ago!
  8. Two things I'm not looking forward to is headlights and battery, the battery will just be a bit of a pain (no quick and easy parking lot swaps like my Jeeps, Lebaron, and Shadow, that's for sure), but those headlight bulbs could be a nightmare! Not fond of the idea of changing the cam adjusters either, but that's why I got the lifetime extended warranty, stuff like that!
  9. Gotta admit, being a chained engine is one of the things that made getting the Pentastar in my 200 worth while!
  10. That may be considered a C-Cab Panel Truck instead.
  11. Could probably say that about my Sister's new car too, but neither her or the car would probably appreciate that much.
  12. Honestly, I would drive one of those 200 Limited convertables too if it were the folding hardtop type, maybe bag it and shave the handles and nameplates (maybe chrome the wing badge on the trunk), try to fill the part of the grill surround that has the wing badge and re-chrome it.....could make a nice mild custom.
  13. Wow, that's a old pic Harry, still has the white and multi tone blue Illinois plates on it!
  14. Don't see too many women driving Miatas, but I do see alot driving Mustangs (usually 4 or 6 cyl, but a surprising number of GT's too), Mini's (again, surprising number of Coopers too), Wrangler's (especially now that there is a 4dr), big SUV's of all makes, New Beetle's, and a number of Fiat 500's (but not usually Abarths......not sure why that is.)
  15. The 200 felt like it was torque steering all over the place yesterday, even though I was off the gas and brakes! The mileage even took a dive too, although running E85 (even though it should now be on the E70 winter blend) doesn't help much when it's that cold out. Could be worse, I think I came close to getting hit by a couple drunk drivers last night that seemed to have a diffucult time understanding how to stop or slow down at lights. Second one had me making a 0-70mph run with the front tires lit up almost all the way through an intersection, I didn't let off until until I could confirm his lights were getting smaller in my mirror!
  16. My sister did a haunted house at the library she works for and they were going to have a "Jack in the Box", turns out with all of the halloween related CD's she got, none of them had a good, creepy "Pop Goes The Weasel", I ended up finding this on YouTube for them to use. :WARNING: If you fear clowns, don't watch, the clown image might be a bit creepy to some...........
  17. Hey, Laurence Fletcher of the Flynn-Fletcher family was in that clip!
  18. I didn't see any in West Chicago, Geneva, or St. Charles tonight, but it was so windy in spots my 200 was dancing around some......just glad I wasn't in my Jeep, it's not only a big, 5.5'+ tall steel box, but it's lighter than my 200 too!
  19. Sounds like my Traxxas Stampede and Tamiya M-03 chassis Mini Cooper when I tried running those with 3 cell Lithium-Polimer batteries........kinda wish I had the Cherry Picker this guy was using for those runs.......
  20. Honestly, it doesn't really work for me.......the interior in particular!
  21. It's definately got a "Modern Art Deco" look to it......still not sure if that's good or bad though, I'm leaning towards the latter.
  22. Looks like the clamps are radiator hose sized EFI hose clamps, should be easy to take off and retighten.
  23. https://autos.yahoo.com/news/nic-case-first-break-200-mph-r-c-180010015.html
  24. Eh, just time that with coolant changes and you're good!
