  1. Wow, I'm surprised they put an effort into that one! I like oddball stuff and all, but wouldn't even give that kit a first glance........
  2. That's why Mike brought up what appears to be a black tube that runs between the cab and utility box, that would be about the right spot for a snorkel on a truck like this
  3. I can see that too, but there isn't a good enough shot of itnto tell for sure.
  4. I seem to remember the anti-plastid insectiside article one year too.
  5. Lol, tell me about it, Just looking at it makes my knees scream in pain!
  6. That was pretty grand.........just not in the intended way I'd imagine!
  7. I'm not planning on going into the store I work for today, we left a few things to surprise todays supervisor............she probably wasn't happy......................
  8. Dang, must have been a heck of a ride!
  9. Did that go flying around the bus, or did the owner accidentally inhale it while gasping in panic?
  10. Dang that was lucky, how many pairs of underware were lost though?
  11. For a minute there I thought it was going to be a Ford............................................
  12. Got my attention, to bad you can only get the Astro Vans though, a Continental Divide build would be equally cokl!
  13. Maybe instead of a traditional trike, narrow up a banjo rear end as far as possible and tuck the rear tires as close to each other as possible. If you want to stay as a traditional trike, make it a BMW style shafty!
  14. As cool as that FC is, it would never make it past NHTSA or IIHS I do really like the J-Truck concept though, that actually looks like it's something that could be crashable too!
  15. Got the 1/24 Monogram slicks that I traded with Corvair Jim on for my Revell '77 Chevy Van today
  16. Those fans are just freaking stupid, if you know that's coming at you, stay out of the friggen road!
  17. I'd still like to see the rally drivers have to do this stuff under the conditions that the Moonshiner Runners had to do their work in. Wonder if they'd even be able to keep up with some of the early NASCAR drivers in built up WW2 era cars with a trunk full of shine, crappy lighting, on the same types of roads at night with LEOs hit on their tails.
  18. I'd love to see some of the old kits get back dated to original specs, if a smallish company like Round 2 can do it with the AMT and MPC stuff, a big company like Great Planes/Hobbico should be more than solvent enough to do the same with the Monogram and Revell stuff.
  19. Dang it, now I have the sound of the old Draw Through T1 in my Lebaron ringing in my ears, and I haven't even driven an early T1 car in 8 years
  20. Well, one.....it was a song, so liberties are usually take, but if somebody had the ability to make an adapter like nowadays, they should have been able to put a then modern 4-speed behind one.
  21. Can't wait to see this one finished, nice touch on the blue windshield tint too BTW!
  22. Same here, I take it that movie didn't help your's any either O_o
  23. It all depends for me, I can get insperation from just about any place, and many times, the stupidest of places! Here's some of the insperation for the Revell Ban I started last night as well as a blown, hemi powered B-Van I saw a in a Hot Rod magazine that was older then I was. The other is for a 2008 Bullitt Mustang that is being turned into a Targa Toped 2 seater. I saw this video at the gym last week and thought I was seeing thing since I was across the room from the TV and had left glasses in my Jeep and even has me considering starting '68 Mustang along the same lines and doing them as a pair of what if concept cars built 40 years apart
