They can if not caught in time, you may also have issues with animals like skunks, moles, voles, etc digging for food as a warning sign. If it’s caught in time, grass can re-root itself, but that appears to be too late in those pics. If it’s that bad and the company used is doing grub control as part Of the regular services, you may call them and see if offer some sort of reservice where they can come back out and treat again and do something to repair the damage. If you don’t have grub as your normal services, I would call to set up a curative with them ASAP.

I work in the call center for one of their competitors, this seems to have been a bad year for grubs. I had to set up more reservices for grub activity this year than normal, ended up setting more current customers who didn’t have grub up on curative as well as preventative applications for the next couple years than I’ve had to last few years, as well as transferred more prospective customers to sales that suddenly had grub problems.

Thanks! It’s build to run against a friend’s Losi 8ight-E 3.0 1/8 scale buggy and I think it will do quite well, so long as I can keep tires on it.
-
It’s kinda scary, to be honest, it just kept getting quicker after I stopped filming and pulling wheelies, even from a roll?

I think that’s what bugs my Dad the most, huge diameter wheels and stock sized brakes. My 200 with the oem 18” wheels looks a bit goofy with the also stock 11.6” rotors and single piston calipers, even though I wouldn’t go bigger than 18”, even after I get the bigger Euro market from brakes on it (13.4” rotor and 2 piston calipers from the bigger cars) on it. Anything bigger just looks off to me. I kinda feel the same about other vehicles, I’d rather have wheels no taller than I need to clear the calipers of a big brake kit.

I was afraid of that, did find his same screen name on here after a while. -
That, or more likely, my friend didn’t share his dinner with him, last time he refused to share the sub he was eating with that cat, the cat gave him the sort of look that would have had me checking my shoes for the rest of the month? I’m not going to post it, but he bought some Little Cesars the other night and I got a video of the cat licking it’s lips and giving the biggest brownest puppy dog eyes a cat can muster, all while trying to grab some from my friend. . That cat will eat anything food like if he can and will beg, then just straight up try and take it if it’s left alone within reach if you leave him hangin’!

My friend still has his 3, though I did get this pic from him tonight.........don’t ask me what he did to get that look, but Dad and we’re both just about rolling at it?

I didn’t buy that magazine and left that forum over him a long time ago. IIRC, what pushed me over the edge was when he attacked somebody else for converting a Revell Civic SI kit to RWD because he felt it ruined Civics winter use by doing so?? -
Yeah, I noticed that after I got back in Dad’s van with it. Still kept it and opened it when I got home, think there are some ways to build the cab better........now for the deeeeeep sink marks in the front tire sidewalls

It is 1/48 scale, according to the instructions, and the cab is 4 pieces, the front panel, roof and sides and corresponding halves of the cab back walls.....plus the seats and seat piece are supposed to be installed before the cab is assembled.....

I bought the MaxCare warranty for my 200 when I got the car in ‘12, I keep card long enough that I knew it would eventually pay for it self and as of Thursday, it has at least once if not twice over since the factory warranty has gone away.
-
I bought my XJ from one in ‘03 with their extended warranty, only thing I would recommend is that if you use that warranty, take it to the brand’s dealership, I didn’t have the best experience with the Carmax mechanics’ abilities. I have more recently read that there are people that got sick of dealing with slimebag dealers and trying to find ones that weren’t were finding Carmax and Carvana as a fresh alternative to the normal places.

I’ve yet to see that at my stores, usually I just see a stale product line up, eventually.

Do you know this 1:1 C cab???

I’m guessing it would be abysmal, at best. -

Got these yesterday. I had screwed up drilling the caster blocks and bearing carriers I had for a larger diameter hinge pin I was going to use as a king pin and had to order new for one of my R/Cs, so I did and only 1 of the parts that showed was the correct one. Called who sent it (was through Shop-A-Tron, who had a LHS send it instead of direct from the maker like I thought) and since they were out of the part I didn’t get (as well as everybody else), they’re refunding my purchase of the bearing carriers and emailed my a return tag for the X-Maxx part I got. I ended up going and ordering the much more expensive aluminum carriers with bearings......as well as a bunch of parts for another vehicle that I started to tear down last night for a much needed rebuild........that one is not gonna be cheap, especially if I go brushless on it?
