Sad to hear about Kristofferson. He achieved so much despite his demons. Saw him on a TV special recently . . . he did a duet performance with a female singer who had to carry him through his own song. Bless his heart, he could very barely force very little sound out of his throat. He was obviously suffering but still tried. RIP, Kris . . . and thank you so very much for your music!

Favorite Singers for me include Kris Kristofferson, who has now passed into the Former Favorites category, unfortunately.

Plan A was the Greenhouse Effect; then the boogie man became Plan B - Global Warming; next, Plan C was Anthropogenic Interference (or a heavy metal band), then it all morphed into Plan D - climate change with a minor in evil-demon fossil fuels; what's next you say; Plan E must be the cataclysmic spontaneous meltdown of EV batteries!

Too many choices.

Breeding used to be fun, and babies are great most of the time, but then they grow up; teenagers are challenges that outweigh the fun years; then they become adults - small kids, small problems; big kids BIG problems.

How Important is Box Art
Danno replied to Biggu's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Box art meant much more and had more influence on purchases years ago. But, now, with the advent of the internet - particularly hobby sites and YouTube - box art means nothing. Not when one can virtually grok a kit in its entirety and personally assess the kit contents, parts count, and accuracy/execution of the molding, etc., without spending one's own dime. The value and desirability of a kit has absolutely no correlation to box art anymore. Unless you're into art collecting. -

The scale was closer to 1:24 and it was proportionally challenged - wider than it should have been. -

Your kit and the finished example are exceptional! Really captures the Tucker. One of the Tuckers lives nearby . . . in the Martin Auto Museum. Just studied it last week. Great job, Oleksandr! As others have said, be safe! -

“me speak no English” And yet all the Fed Ex shipping labels are printed in English and all the gauges of his truck are labeled in English. I bet his paychecks are printed in English! -
