  1. One of my favorites...
  2. Any updates? I'm loving this thread.
  3. Looks great, I hope to see more soon.
  4. Great job on the weathering! Nicely done model, thanks for sharing.
  5. I just want to say thank you to everyone who "reacted" to this post too. THANK YOU!
  6. My take on the Milk Trike. Using a Model A Ford engine & turning into a c bab, hopefully.
  7. Thanks again guys. Definitely a good slump buster, because I haven't really been doing anything model related in a while.
  8. Thanks everyone for all the great comments. It's funny, when I built this, I was looking at it as junk first then restored but it makes more sense the way everyone is seeing it. I guess I'm just used to being around junk more than nice cars.
  9. Just a quick curb side build. I built this for a local car club to raffle off at their next show. I couldn't figure out if I wanted to build one of my usual weathered builds or something nice, so I did both on one kit. I'm sure this has been done before but it's a first for me. It was a fast fun build.
  10. That's what I did with my old built up 60 & 63 ford trucks. I had 3 60s & 2 63s, I got enough out of them to buy a bunch of these wreckers.
  11. Rhinebeck NY car show Saturday finds. Nothing over $5.
  12. Great build! I can't wait to see the diorama with it. Kind of a Newish take on the old Diamond in the rough kit.
  13. I'm pretty impressed with the detail on the chassis & engine. I just might get one.
  14. Here's another setup I'd like to recreate.
  15. These things were everywhere around here when I was a kid, pretty much everyone had one. We had one that dad cut firewood with, the neighbor had one mounted on the back of an old 39 Chevy. My father is rebuilding a Model T one right now. They definitely look terrifying by today's standards, you definitely want to be careful and not get distracted when it's going. I can still hear dad saying, NO LOOSE CLOTHING, BUTTON YOUR SLEEVES & TUCK IN YOUR SHIRT!
  16. Yesterday...
  17. Here's one I did long ago that is literally "Power by Ford" A Model A Ford power unit.
  18. Wow, I would definitely be interested in one. I was wondering when someone would do this.
  19. Thanks for sharing Bill, I'll be using this info for sure. I need to finish my Lincoln I started years ago.
  20. A man after my own heart, I love it!
  21. Thanks Trevor. Thanks Carl, I wish I could tell you what gauge that wire is but I have no idea where it even came from. All I know is that the 1/32" drill bit from the Dremel set fits it pretty good.
