Am I blind or did they not display the new Charger?

There is a German store on Ebay that has sold brand new kits for years of the last reissue (2014): https://www.ebay.de/itm/REVELL-07390-1-8-JAGUAR-E-TYPE-XK-E-NEU-OVP/314100223698?redirect=mobile I have not seen any other store sell them. Do they have some exclusive deal with Revell or what? Or just a huge stock that has lasted for ages?

That's terrible. Makes me wonder how many unopened kits I have in the stash that potentially have warped/damaged parts.

I see it can be ordered now from some European shops.

Big disappointment compared to recent years then. Good thing Revell USA make up for it with plenty of reissues I am interested in.

Seems like it has taken forever to make this kit. I know nothing about making a kit is this the "normal" time frame?

Is this the same version of the Mini as Tamiya's 1:12 kit?

Why bother mentioning what engine it is equipped with if it is not going to be included in the kit? It looks nice though I look forward to some photos.

Cool I want one. I wonder what the engine looks like if you cut off the hood? I suspect it is just the front of the engine/engine compartment that they bothered to do.

As far as I am aware they are reissuing a Fujimi based kit this year not a brand new tool.

If I had a say I would rather have new beautiful box art like Revell are doing. But if it comes down to a retro box or no reissue at all then it is an easy chose.

I will follow this build for sure, I like what you have done so far. Wish I would have bought this kit back when it was easy to get but I kept waiting for a better deal that never came...Hopefully one day Tamiya release it again.

There is at least one seller on ebay.de that offers worldwide shipping now. I will get one eventually but need to make room for it first.

Excuse my ignorance what is new on this kit and what kit is it based on? Could not see any history when I checked scalemates but it says "new parts". Saw a 1:1 for the first time the other day and really liked it. Will buy this kit when it is available.

Interesting, how could they get it so wrong then? I thought the reason was that they could reuse the parts.

I want the Impala only have Revell's version atm.

Wasn't planning on buying one but it will be difficult to say no to that box art.
