  5. Wheels are painted and I fixed the suspension where it doesn’t have the “Spread Axle” look

  7. This is a all Slyvan models rig truck and trailer with Athearn front wheels. Decals were Custom made by me. Truck was completed September 29, 2007 looks like

  9. Thanks David I’ve built a lot of them in the day can’t do it much anymore because of my eyes and hands but I had a good run. I have pictures of 485 1/87 trucks I’ve built over 10yr period.

  17. Sorry guys I’m going have to take a break on the 1/87 for a good while its really messing with my hands and eyes. Anyway back to the bench. I got this from Dave (AITM) last year and I’ve decided to start it.I painted the Cab Allis Chamlers Orange. I plan on this pulling a dump trailer. The Engine will not be seen but I painted it close to Mack gray as I could. Have to get a few more parts to add and I got some built also tonight. I’m going to make some new tank brackets. I’m using the DM frame to get the vintage parts to build this and using parts from other kits. Enjoy the pics

Thanks i’ve been building Kbri Kits for over 20 years and other German kits as you mentioned thanks for the help those german kits are very nice and you’re right they’re highly detailed The trailer might be a lowboy or a flat I don’t know just yet I have to go through my stash and figure out what I’m going to use I still have several of the KBRI heavy haul kits left. Thanks Ronnie for the complement yes it will have a dual winch I have a picture of it in the parts layout
  23. Here one I built back in the Fall of 2007.The truck is a old Ivers Engineering with updated wheels, tires and tanks the trailer was a Athearn RTR. Enjoy the pics
  24. Thanks Sa The chassis is done thought I would set the cab on it just to see how things look. I maybe putting a different battery box set up on it
