Nice detail on the engine. The paint is like glass with a great shine. I really dig the interior, I don't think it's overdone at all.
  3. Agreed, the paint looks really nice!
  4. I get the Cannonball run comp. But can someone explain Aussieball for the uninitiated? Thanks.
  5. Very cool. I like the color scheme and the visor is a nice touch.
  6. I really like the sky lights. Of course if it were me I'd have to call it Chevy Van Morrison "Astral Weeks"
  7. Hi Tom, This sounds great, I think I'll be able to make it. I was hoping to find a club. I'm eager to learn and think this is a good way help me. The fact that your close makes it even better. It's 1-4 right? I just want to make sure it's not different times for the party.
  8. You say it all in your title. An entirely new LIFE. We're all ecstatic you're able to say this. Some of these changes will be temporary. Once you get your health back, and you will, your life will be different but it will be yours. Stay positive, stay strong and most important STAY HERE!
  9. Happy news! Makes my Monday. And yours too I'm sure!
  10. I like the flocking on the back of the seats. Nice touch.
  11. WOW! You really hit the mark on this.
  12. Firebird nose always looked better than the Camaro to me. Of course I'm a little biased as I had a '73 Firebird as my first car. Nice job, keep up the good work.
  13. It's practically right around the corner. I'll be there!
  14. Super sharp rebuild! Great job!
  15. I just love all of your imagination that's going into this. Remarkable!
  16. Got a better look at the side. I think my eyes are getting weak. Should get a better shot or two of the interior next time too, especially the dash work. You gotta do a better job showing off your hard work. It deserves it.
  17. I seem to be having problems whenever the Ram 1500 ads are on the page. Pages aren't loading and replies are taking forever to post.
  18. Beautiful color! The chrome looks great too! Thanks for including the paint details, I wish everybody would do that. It helps to learn what can be done with different materials. I never heard of using embossing powder, I'll have to check that out.
  19. Take a little bit at a time and we'll get you back here before you know it
  20. Very clean work! I'd love to see some close up pics of the sides. It's hard for me to see and it looks like you did some nice detail. Your photography looks great too.
  21. Very nice paint work. What are the details? Colors, types, etc. I'm working on the '57 Ford Wagon gasser now, and I wanted a color closer to your gold. I ended up going with a Bronze lacquer spray can. I bought an airbrush since then and I'm trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can. It gets frustrating, but a lot of it is probably just getting the experience.
  22. That's great! Looks just like the real NY Thruway trucks.
  23. Very nice work, the wood grain looks really good. Especially for a first time!
  24. A little good news. Great to hear!
  25. This looks just like early morning in the shop I used to work in. The angle of the light and the shadows. You're hitting th mark. Nice job.
